Combination Of Dan Zhi Xiaoyao Powder And Physical Conditioning Intervention On Qi Depression,Liver Depression And Fire Clinical Study Of Hypertension Complicated With Anxiety And Depression

Objective: To future explore the effect of syndrome differentiation and combination therapy to fill some short spots in western medicine therapy.Methods: Methods 100 patients were divided into four groups: A/ routine group,B/western medicine,C/ Chinese m Methods 100 patients were divided into four groups:A/ routine group,B/western medicine,edicine group and D observation group.In group A,Adalat(nifedipine controlled release tablets 30mg)1 tablet in the morning;in group B,Adalat(nifedipine controlled release tablets 30mg)1 tablet in the morning+ Deanxit(Flupentixol melitracen tablets 0.5m)g: Group C: Adalat(nifedipine controlled-release tablets 30mg)1 tablet in the morning + Danzhi Xiaoyao Powder 1bag / time,morning and evening;group D: Adalat(nifedipine controlled-release tablets 30mg)1 tablet in the morning + Danzhi Xiaoyao Powder 1 bag / time + TCM Constitution conditioning,TCM constitution regulation refers to the corresponding guidance and intervention in the aspects of psychology,living environment,physical exercise,diet and drugs,channels and collaterals of patients with qi depression.After 2weeks as a course of treatment,the changes of HAMA / HAMD efficacy index,blood pressure index,TCM syndrome classification scale score and TCM body mass scale score were observed.Result:1.The therapeutic effect of observation group and western medicine group was better than other two groups in HAMA/HAMD Scale Comparison.2.The treatment effect of observation this group was better than the other three groups in SBP;The treatment effect of the observation this group was statistically significant in DBP.3.The treatment effect of observation group and traditional Chinese medicine group was obviously better than that of other two groups,especially in the difference of TCM syndrome was higher than the other two group.4.The therapeutic effect of the observation group was statistically better than that of the other three groups in the comparison of TCM Constitution.Conclusion:1.The effect in the treatment of diastolic blood pressure is not significant,and its antihypertensive effect needs further study.2.The clinical effect of modified Danzhi Xiaoyao Powder Combined with physical conditioning in the treatment of various symptoms of liver stagnation fire type is exact.3.The clinical effect of modified Danzhi Xiaoyao Powder Combined with physical conditioning in the treatment of anxiety and depression symptoms is similar to that of pure western medicine,and is better than that of modified Danzhi Xiaoyao Powder.4.The clinical effect of modified Danzhi Xiaoyao Powder Combined with physical conditioning in improving physical fitness is exact.
