Clinical Observation Of Jieyu Chufan Decoction In Treating Shaoyang Heat Type Of Generalized Anxiety Disorder

Objective:To observe the efficacy and safety of Relieving depression and removing bothering soup in the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder(Shaoyang stagnation and heat syndrome),and to make a preliminary evaluation to achieve the goal of standard operation and popularization and application.Methods:The study methods of the same group were compared before and after treatment.The outpatients were selected as the research objects.According to the sex,the course of disease and the condition of the patients,the patients were treated with Relieving depression and removing bothering soup and taken continuously for 8 weeks.The results of GAD-7 and TCM syndromes score were taken as the main indexes of clinical observation to evaluate the clinical effect of Relieving depression and removing bothering soup in treating Shaoyang and heat type generalized anxiety disorder.Results:According to the statistical analysis of clinical efficacy,safety and adverse reactions,the results showed that Relieving depression and removing bothering soup had therapeutic effect on the symptoms and signs of the patients,and had no toxic and side effects,and had a significant improvement on the generalized anxiety disorder.The total effective rate was 95%.There was significant difference before and after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:This study has a significant effect in the treatment of Shaoyang and heat type patients with generalized anxiety disorder,and it is safe and reliable in safety,and no adverse drug reactions have occurred.lt is worth popularizing and applying in clinical treatment of generalized anxiety disorder.
