Observation On The Curative Effect Of Yueju Wan Modified Prescription On Patients With Liver-qi-depression Chronic Glomerulo Nephritis And Generalized Anxiety Disorder And Its Influence On 5-HT

ObjectiveTo observe the clinical effect of Yueju Wan modified prescription on patients with liver-qi-depression chronic glomerulo nephritis?CGN?and generalized anxiety disorder?GAD?,as well as its influence on patients'quality of life and serum 5-HT content,and to explore its possible mechanism of action.MethodIn accordance with the inclusion and exclusion criteria of this study,76 patients with liver-qi-depression CGN and GAD were selected from nephrology department outpatient and inpatient department of our hospital and divided into experiment group and control group by random and control trials,38 each group.On the basis of general routine treatment,control group was given Paroxetine Hydrochloride Tablets while experiment group was treated with Paroxetine Hydrochloride Tablets combined with Yueju Wan modified prescription.Course of treatment in both groups was 1 month.Before and after treatment,serum 5-HT was measured,evaluation scores of HAMA,KDQOL-SFTM1.3 scales as well as TCM syndrome integrals were calculated,and SPSS20.0 software was used for statistical processing and analysis.Result1.Serum 5-HT contents of both groups of patients increased after treatment?P<0.05?,of which the improvement level of experiment group was better than that of control group?P<0.05?;2.KDQOL-SF^TM1.3 scores of two groups after treatment were higher than before,and the comparison within groups was statistically significant?P<0.05?.KDTA scores of two groups after treatment increased than before,and the comparison within groups was statistically significant?P<0.05?.Comparison between groups:In addition to the influence on kidney disease,remaining scores of 9 dimensions including the cognitive ability,incentives of medical staffs,patient satisfaction,symptoms and discomforts,work status,social quality,stress of kidney disease on life,sleep and social support in experiment group were different from those in control group,which was statistically significant?P<0.05?.In terms of SF-36 score,scores of 8 dimensions of both groups increased after treatment,and the difference between the comparison within groups was statistically significant?P<0.05?.Comparison between groups:Except for physiological function and social function,the difference between remaining scores of other dimensions in experiment group and those in control group was statistically significant?P<0.05?.The score reduction rate and total effective rate of HAMA scale increased after treatment in two groups,the comparison within groups was statistically significant?P<0.05?,and comparison between groups was statistically significant?P<0.05?;3.The difference between TCM syndrome integrals and TCM syndrome effective rate in both groups was statistically significant?P<0.05?,experiment group was superior to control group;4.The difference in kidney function between two groups after treatment was not statistically significant?P>0.05?;5.The comparison of TESS total scores between experiment group and control group was statistically significant?P<0.05?.Conclusion1.Paroxetine Hydrochloride Tablets combined with Yueju Wan modified prescription was more effective than Paroxetine Hydrochloride Tablets alone in the improvement of patients'anxiety symptom;2.Paroxetine Hydrochloride Tablets combined with Yueju Wan modified prescription had a better curative effect in the improvement of patients'quality of life,TCM syndrome and syndrome integrals than Paroxetine Hydrochloride Tablets alone;3.Yueju Wan modified prescription and Paroxetine Hydrochloride Tablets were safe and effective in clinical application.
