| Objective:Through clinical observation, to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Add and subtract Dan Zhi xiao yao powder in treating generalized anxiety disorder of liver depression transforming into fire,as well as, by analyzing the HAMA SAS and TCM syndrome scores before and after the treatment, to judge the clinical curative effect and function characteristics.Methods:There were a total of 60 cases of patients with generalized anxiety, randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.The treatment group were given traditional Chinese medicine Add and subtract Dan Zhi xiao yao powder and the control group were given Deanxit to treatment. Both groups were treated for 4weeks and observed the TCM symptom scores, HAMA scores and SAS scores,as well as, detected blood,urine and dung routine, hepatic and renal function, and ECG before and after the treatment. All the scores of two groups after treatment were statistically analyzed to observe the therapeutic effect and safety.Results:Both Add and subtract Dan Zhi xiao yao powder and Deanxit can obviously improve the HAMA scores, SAS score and TCM syndrome integral, scores of this treatment group were significantly different before and after treatment (P<0.05). But there is no distinct difference compared treatment group with control group, after the treatment (P> 0.05).While,there is an important point, Add and subtract Dan Zhi xiao yao powder treatment group has no obvious adverse reaction, the incidence of adverse reaction is comparatively uncommon.Conclusion:1.Add and subtract Dan Zhi xiao yao powder can improve the clinical symptoms of generalized anxiety disorder of liver depression transforming into fire and it is effective in the treatment of this type of GAD.2.Add and subtract Dan Zhi xiao yao powder has no significant difference in treating the type of GAD compared with Deanxit.3.Add and subtract Dan Zhi xiao yao powder has good safety in treating generalized anxiety disorder of liver depression transforming into fire and the adverse reactions are rare with good compliance. |
