Clinical Effect Of Jianpi Zhuyun Decoction On Infantile Diarrhea(Spleen Deficiency Type)

Objective : By observing the improvement of symptoms and signs after treating infantile diarrhea(spleen deficiency type),the clinical curative effect was evaluated and its safety was evaluated.Methods:From November 2018 to November 2019,60 children were included in the pediatric outpatient clinic of Shanxi College of Traditional Chinese Medicine.They were randomly divided into 30 cases in the treatment group and 30 cases in the control group.The control group was treated with oral administration of Ataining and oral rehydration.To analyze whether there are any differences.and followed up after January.Results:After regular treatment,in the overall curative effect,the treatment group was cured in 17 cases,effective in 8 cases,effective in 3 cases,ineffective in 2 cases,total effective in 93.3%,control group in 8 cases,effective in 11 cases,ineffective in 8 cases,total effective in 83.3%.The effect of Jianpi Zhuyun decoction was better than that of the control group.The main symptom score,secondary symptom score,total symptom score and each symptom score were compared within the group before and after treatment.Different statistical significance,indicating that the treatment group and control group for children diarrhea(spleen deficiency type)have curative effect.After treatment,the main symptom score,secondary symptom score,total symptom score and each symptom score were compared between groups,and the P value was less than 0.05 by rank sum test,the difference was statistically significant,which indicated that Jianpi Zhuan decoction was more effective than Ataining in improving the main symptoms and secondary symptoms.The average anti-diarrhea time was 2.97±1.59 in the treatment group and 5.77±1.165 in the control group.After t-test of two independent samples,P <0.0 5,indicating that the difference between the treatment group and the control group in the time to stop diarrhea was statistically significant,the treatment group had a shorter time to stop diarrhea,and the effect of anti-diarrhea was stronger than that of the control group.Conclusion : Jianpi Zhuyun decoction is effective in the treatment of spleen deficiency diarrhea in children,and there is no adverse reaction in the treatment process,which is an effective prescription for the treatment of spleen deficiency diarrhea in children.
