Clinical Observation Of Jianpi Osmic Decoction In The Treatment Of Functional Diarrhea

Objective: to observe the clinical efficacy and safety of jianpi zhishi decoction in the treatment of functional diarrhea(spleen deficiency and dampness type),and to provide a new clinical idea for the treatment of this disease.Methods: all the 68 patients included in the study were admitted to the expert clinic of Lin min,director of spleen and stomach department of hubei hospital of traditional Chinese medicine in accordance with the diagnosis of functional diarrhea(spleen deficiency and dampness excess type).The 68 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each with 34 cases.Among them,the treatment group was given self-designed jianpi zhishi decoction,and the control group was given trimebutin maleate dispersible tablets(niverfu)combined with compound lactobacillus acidophilus tablets(yijunkang).The course of treatment in both groups was 4 weeks.Clinical efficiency,TCM symptom score,recurrence rate and safety were observed before and after treatment.Results:(1)analysis of effective rate: after 4 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.2%,and that of the control group was 73.5%.The comparison between groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05),indicating that the overall curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.(2)in the comparison of the improvement of main and minor symptoms in the two groups,the improvement of main symptoms in the treatment group and the control group(P < 0.05)was statistically significant,suggesting that the treatment group had better efficacy than the control group in improving the main symptoms of TCM.The improvement of abdominal distension,weight loss in limbs,and non-completion of depression(P < 0.05)were statistically significant,indicating that the treatment group was superior to the control group.There was no statistically significant difference in the improvement of appetite and mental state(P>0.05),indicating that the two groups had similar efficacy.(3)comparison of recurrence rate: 2 months after the end of treatment,3 patients in the treatment group had recurrence rate of 13.6%,and 9 patients in the control group had recurrence rate of 45.0%.The comparison of recurrence rate between the two groups was statistically significant.The results showed that the traditional Chinese medicine jianpi shishi decoction group was superior to the control group(trimebutin maleate + compound lactobacillus acidophilus)in the prevention of disease recurrence.(4)safety: no adverse reactions occurred in both groups during the treatment,indicating that both groups were safe and effective in the treatment of functional diarrhea.conclusions: since the quasi spleen moisture penetration soup can effectively improve the functional diarrhea(pixu(spleen deficient)wet sheng)in patients with clinical symptoms,especially on the behavior of shit,shit,abdominal distension and body weight,the valley is not curative effect is significant,and good safety,clinical recurrence rate,and can effectively reduce the functional diarrhea has good clinical application value,worthy of further promotion.
