Clinical Observation Of Wenyuntiaopitang Decoction In Treatment Of Spleen Deficient And Cold Dampness Infantile Diarrhea

Abstract/Summary:
Objective : In this study,Wenyuntiaopitang Decoction granules was used to treat children with spleen deficiency and cold dampness,observe its clinical efficacy,objectively evaluate the effectiveness and safety of this prescription,and thus provide the effective prescription for treating this type of children with diarrhea and the theoretical basis for its clinical application.Methods:A total of 84 cases meeting the standards were selected for this study.The cases were collected from the outpatient department of pediatrics of affiliated hospital of shanxi university of traditional Chinese medicine from January 2019 to December 2019,and the children who met the inclusion standards of traditional Chinese and western medicine were selected.Through randomized controlled clinical trials,according to the doctor order number,using the random number table method,were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,42 cases in each group,the treatment group used WenYun spleen decoction granules treatment,control group using live bacteria treatment,butyric acid bacteria are arranged by age usage and dosage,observe two groups of children with 5 days after taking the differences before and after the treatment,using TCM syndrome scale for evaluation,according to the curative effect evaluation standard data,by statistical data processing concluded.Results:(1)Before treatment,data comparison between the two groups of children showed no significant statistical difference in gender,age,course of disease,diarrhea syndrome type and syndrome score(P >0.05).(2)After a course of treatment,the total effective rate was 83.3% in the control group and 90.4% in the treatment group.The total effective rate of the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(3)According to data statistics and tests,there were differences between the two groups in fecal frequency,fecal characteristics,abdominal pain,vomiting,urination,and the score of symptoms and signs of appetite(P < 0.05),and the curative effect of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group.In terms of symptom scores of burnout and spirit,there were significant differences between the two groups before and after treatment(P < 0.05),but the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was not betterthan that of the control group(P > 0.05).Conclusion:(1)Wenyuntiaopi Decoction is effective in treating children with diarrhea,spleen deficiency and cold dampness,with a total effective rate of 90.4%,which is higher than that of clove caseate group.(2)The efficacy of Wenyuntiaopi Decoction was better than that of clostridium caseinate tablets in improving the score of symptoms and signs such as stool frequency,fecal character,abdominal pain,vomiting,urination and appetite of children with diarrhea.
