A Clinical Research Of Jianpi Zhuyun Decoction Combined With Acupucturing At Sifeng(EX-UE10)in Curing Infantile Anorexia Of Spleen Dysfunction Syndrome

Objective:In this study,we observed the clinical efficacy of Jianpi Zhuyun Decoction combined with acupuncturing at Sifeng(EX-UE10)in treating infantile anorexia of spleen failing to transport and transform syndrome through clinical randomized controlled experimental methods By comparing and analyzing the changes of TCM symptom scores before and after treatment,the effectiveness of Jianpi Zhuyun Decoction combined with acupuncturing at Sifeng(EX-UE10)in treating infantile anorexia of spleen failing to transport and transform syndrome was discussed.The study provides a reliable treatment plan for the treatment of infantile anorexia by internal and external Chinese medicine methods.Methods:Eighty children with infantile anorexia of spleen failing to transport and transform syndrome were divided into treatment group and control group by using computer random number method.The treatment group was treated by Jianpi Zhuyun Decoction combined with acupuncturing at Sifeng(EX-UE10),while the control group was given Shen Qu Xiao Shi oral liquid.After 4 weeks,the changes of symptoms scores,eating behavior and trace element levels were compared and analyzedResults:After 4 weeks of treatment,in the treatment group,the recovery rate was 60%,and the total efficiency rate was 93%.While in the control group,the recovery rate was 26.67%,and the total efficiency rate was 77%(P<0.01).The treatment group was better than the control group in efficiency rate.The single point of appetite,complexion,tiredness,hiccups,nausea and vomiting,abdominal distension,stool,total scores of major symptoms,total scores of secondary symptoms,and dietary behavior scores in the two groups decreased markly after the experiment(P<0.05),and the treatment group was significantly better(P<0.01).Twenty-eight children collected from 60 children were divided into two group:treatment group and control group.After treatment,the serum zinc levels of the two groups were significantly higher than before(P<0.01),and the treatment group was better(P<0.01);serum iron levels in the treatment group increased significantly after treatment(P<0.01),but no significant increase in serum iron levels in the control group(P>0.05);There was no significant improvement in serum copper levels between the two groups compared with before(P>0.05)Conclusions:Jianpi Zhuyun Decoction combined with acupuncturing at Sifeng(EX-UE10)can significantly alleviate the clinical symptoms of infantile anorexia of spleen failing to transport and transform syndrome,correct children’s eating behaviors,adjust serum trace element levels.It has certain clinical reference value for traditional Chinese medicine treating children with anorexia.
