Clinical Observation On The Prevention And Treatment Of Postoperative Recurrence Of Colorectal Adenoma (Damp Heat Syndrome Of Intestine) By Qingchang News Granule

Objective:Qingchangnews granules can reduce the recurrence rate of polyps through a large number of clinical observation,but there is no standard clinical observation.Therefore,the design of this scheme is to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of qingchangnews granules in the prevention and treatment of recurrence of colorectal adenomas in patients with intestinal damp heat after operation,so as to provide evidence-based basis for clinical use of this formula.Methods:92 cases of colorectal adenoma were randomly divided into control group and treatment group(46 cases in each group).The control group did not do any work after1-3 days of endoscopic polypectomy and routine treatment What treatment? The treatment group was treated with Qingchangnews granules for 12 weeks from the time of recovery of diet,with Chinese medicine twice a day,one bag and one bag of 8G each time.At the 6th month after operation,the recurrence rate of polyps,the changes of TCM syndromes and safety indexes were observed,and SPSS 21.0 software was used for statistical analysis.The results showed :1.The results showed that the recurrence rate of the control group was 11.63%,the treatment group was 9.1%,the total recurrence rate was 10.34%.The recurrence rate of the two groups was chi square test,P > 0.05.According to the relationship between the size,number and pathological type of adenomatous polyps and the recurrence of polyps,the chi square test showed that P > 0.05.2.The reexamination at the 6th month after operation showed that there was significant statistical difference(P < 0.05)before and after treatment in the treatment group for single symptom,and there was statistical difference(P < 0.05)in abdominal distention,abdominal pain,dysentery,hematochezia and diarrhea in the control group before and after treatment,and there was no statistical difference(P > 0.05)in the aspects of bitter mouth and greasy tongue coating(P > 0.05)after treatment in the treatment group and after treatment in the control group(except hematochezia)The results showed that the total effective rate was 62.79% in the control group and 90.90% in the treatment group(P <0.05).3.In the aspect of safety evaluation of drug use,there was no adverse event in the course of oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine,and there was no abnormal change in blood,urine,stool routine,liver function,renal function,electrocardiogram and other tests.Conclusion: 1.The recurrence rate of adenomatous polyps was not significantly related to the size,number and pathological type of polyps.2.It shows that qingchangmessage granule has obvious advantages in improving abdominal distention,abdominal pain,dysentery,bloody stools,diarrhea,bitter mouth and yellow greasy tongue coating.Qingchangmessage granule can obviously improve the comprehensive symptoms of patients,which shows that qingchangmessage granule can improve the symptoms.3.Qingchang news granule is safe and reliable in the prevention and treatment of polyps of intestinal hygrothermal adenoma after endoscopic polypectomy.
