Purpose:To investigate the correlation between Colorectal tubular adenoma with damp heat syndrome of large intestine with the expression of P53 and bFGF.Means:We andomly selected 60 patients who were diagnosed as colorectal tubular adenoma by pathological diagnosis and meet the inclusion criteria and all of these patients who are visit to the outpatient, ward or physical examination center of the second people's hospital of Fujian Province have a surgery of polyp extraction after finding the polyp by electronic colonoscope examinations. These patients are divided into study group(group of syndrome of dampness-heat in large intestine)and control group(group of weakness of spleen and stomach)by TCM syndrome differentiation, and 30 cases in each group. And 20 cases of normal control group were established(from the hospital physical examination center). To detect the expression levels of P53 and bFGF in the intestinal mucosa of the study group, the control group and the normal control group by immunohistochemical method, then carry out a statistical analysis to explore the correlation between them.Result:(1)Compare the age and sex of group of syndrome of dampness-heat in large intestine, group of weakness of spleen and stomach and normal control group. The results show that P>0.05,which has no statistical significance. There was no significant difference in sex and age between the three groups, these shall be comparable. The compare result of the degree of neoplasia extent between the study group and the control group shows that P>0.05,so neoplasia extent of the two TCM syndrome type of adenoma with comparability.(2)Statistics of the relation of P53,bFGF expression in colorectal tubular adenoma with sex,age shows that the expression of P53 and bFGF in sex and age have no difference(P>0.05);There was a significant difference in the expression of low or high grade neoplasia extent, which had been inspected(P<0.05),and they are in positive correlation.(3)The expression of P53 and bFGF in group of syndrome of dampness-heat in large intestine and in group of weakness of spleen and stomach are significantly higher than normal control group. The difference between the group of syndrome of dampness-heat in large intestine and normal control group has statistically significant(P<0.05).And there is no significant difference compared with the group of weakness of spleen and stomach(P>0.05).(4)The same colorectal tubular adenoma with high-grade intraepithelial neoplasia in damp heat syndrome of P53 was higher than that in the spleen, with statistical significance(P<0.05);different degree of neoplasia damp heat syndrome group, spleen and stomach deficiency group showed no significant difference in the expression of bFGF(P<0.05)(5)The expression of P53 and bFGF in group of syndrome of dampness-heat in large intestine and group of weakness of spleen and stomach is higher than that of low grade intraepithelial neoplasia(Low grade intraepithelial neoplasia),which has a statistically significant.Conclusion:1.The expression of P53 in colorectal tubular adenomas with high-grade intraepithelial neoplasia may be related to the large intestine damp heat syndrome2.The expression of bFGF and bFGF in colorectal tubular adenoma was significantly higher than that in normal intestinal mucosa. The expression of them increased with the increase of the degree of tumor differentiation, which suggested that P53 and bFGF may play an important role in the development of adenoma.
