Objective: By analyzing the correlation between the distribution of intestinal flora and colorectal adenoma, and looking for risk factors for colorectal adenomas we can find out which population may be patients with colorectal adenoma.Further colonoscopy was performed on the patients who might be colorectal adenomas to improve the detection rate of polyps and reduce the incidence of colorectal cancer. At the same time, fecal flora determination is more convenient than that of proctoscope, and patients have a strong compliance, which can also make patients relieve pain. Methods: 61 clinical cases were selected, including 35 patients with colorectal adenoma,26 patients with colon cancer, and 30 normal people as the control group. The above subjects were divided into three groups, and the normal control group :30 patients without colorectal adenoma under endoscopy;colorectal adenoma group: 35 patients with colorectal adenoma diagnosed by endoscopic resection;colorectal cancer group: there were 26 patients who underwent endoscopic biopsy and were pathologically diagnosed with colorectal cancer.Fecal samples of each group were collected and intestinal flora was measured to observe the distribution differences of intestinal flora among patients in different groups. Results of the sample quantitative data were expressed as mean ± standard deviation(x±s)after logarithmic conversion. The data analysis was carried out by SPSS 19.0 software. The t test of lactobacillus and bifidobacterium was used to compare the two groups. Results: Compared with the normal control group, there was a significant difference in the number of lactobacillus in the colorectal adenoma group and the colorectal cancer group(P < 0.05).The lactobacillus count in the colorectal adenoma group and colorectal cancer group was significantly lower than that in the normal control group. The number of lactobacillus decreased most significantly in the colorectal cancer group.Compared with the normal control group, the number of bifidobacteria in the colorectal adenoma group was not statistically significant(P > 0.05),but there was a significant difference in the colorectal cancer group(P < 0.05).Conclusion: 1.The intestinal flora of patients with colorectal adenoma is unbalanced, and the number of lactobacillus is reduced; The imbalance of intestinal flora was more obvious in colorectal cancer patients, and the number of lactobacillus and bifidobacterium decreased.;2.Fecal flora detection was used to predict the occurrence of colorectal adenoma and colon cancer, and further colonoscopy was performed to provide guidance.
