| Objectives: To intervene shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke by Yi Qi Huo Xue Tong Luo decoction,and observed the changes of symptoms and signs and scores of shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke,before and after the use of yiqi huoxue tongluo decoction,to evaluate the clinical value of Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo decoction for the disease,and to provide new means and methods for the treatment of the disease with traditional Chinese medicine,and to improve the clinical efficacy.Methods: All 60 patients with shoulder and hand syndrome after stroke,which met the inclusion criteria,were selected as subjects.They were divided into treatment group and control group.Routine basic drug treatment was given.At the same time,functional rehabilitation training and treatment were given according to the specific situation of patients.In the treatment group,the prescription of traditional Chinese medicine with the effect of Yi Qi Huo Xue Tong Luo decoction and dredging collaterals was added to the treatment group.Observe the change of symptoms and signs of patients and record the score of SHS scale score,diagnosis points of stroke syndrome elements before and3 weeks after treatment.Comprehensive changes of vas pain index,fugl-Meyer scale score and Barthel index of activities of daily living were used to evaluate clinical efficacy.Results:1.Comparison of total clinical efficacy: after the completion of the above treatment,the overall effective rate of the two groups of patients was carried out by comparison,the treatment group and the control group were 96.67 % and 70.00 % respectively,and the treatment group was obviously superior to the pair.According to the group,the comparison results of the two groups were significantly different(p < 0.05),indicating the clinical symptoms of the two groups.And signs have improved,the traditional Chinese medicine of Yi Qi Huo Xue Tong Luo decoction to internal administration combined with liquid external use bubble washing can be obvious improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients.2.Comparison of SHS scale scores: After 3 weeks of treatment,SHSS in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(p<0.01).SHSS in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(p<0.01),there was significant statistical significance in clinical study.3.Comparison of the Diagnosis integral of stroke syndrome elements: evaluation of the Diagnosis integral of stroke syndrome elements before and after treatment of two groups of patients after the completion of the course of treatment,compared with before treatment,the results showed that all the results were significantly reduced.The difference was significant before treatment.Among them,the decrease of integral in the treatment group was more obvious,compared with that in the control group,the difference was significant(p < 0.01).4.Comparison of VAS pain index: VAS pain score was performed before and after treatment in both groups.Determination of pain index,comparison between treatment course and before treatment,the results showed obvious decreased,significantly different from pre-treatment,among which the pain index of the treatment group was more obvious,compared with the control group,the difference was significant(p <0.05).5.Comparison of the scores of Fugl-Meyer scale: Before and after treatment of two groups of patients Fugl-Meyer scale score of upper limb of affected side,compared with before treatment after course of treatment,there was a significant increase in both of them,which was significantly different from that before treatment.Increased scores in the treatment group is more obvious,compared with the control group,the difference was significant(P < 0.01).6.Comparison of Barthel Score Index: After 3 weeks treatment,Barthel index was significantly increased in both groups(p<0.01),in Group Comparison,the score of treatment group was higher than that of Control Group,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.01).It is suggested that the prescription of Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo has important clinical value in the treatment of shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke.7.Analysis of safety test results: During the treatment period,there were no adverse reactions such as fever,rash,vomiting and diarrhea in both groups.After treatment,there was no statistical difference between the treatment group and the control group in biochemical examination,electrocardiogram and other safety indicators(p > 0.05).The results showed that the internal administration of the yiqi huoxue tongluo decoction combined with the external use of liquid medicine was applied to the shoulder and hand syndrome of stroke with good safety.Conclusion:1.Qi deficiency and blood stasis obstruction is one of the main pathogenesis of Shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke.The main position of the disease is in the central brain.It is great theoretical significance to strengthen Qi,promote blood circulation and clear collaterals,to treat both symptoms and root causes,and to give attention to both internal and external factors.2.Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo decoction has obvious clinical characteristics and curative effect on Shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke.Taking orally and soaking and washing the internal and external specimens with traditional Chinese medicine can provide a new method and method for the treatment of this disease.3.Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo decoction combined with nerve function recovery training method effectively improved the ability of limb muscle recovery in patients with Shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke,and alleviated limb pain in patients with nerve function disability,to improve the ability of patients to adapt to daily life reflects the multi-path and multi-link treatment of TCM in the treatment of Post-stroke Shoulder-hand syndrome. |
