Clinical Study On External Bath Of Modified Guizhi Decoction In Treatment For Hand-foot Syndrome Caused By Apatinib

Objective:To investigate the treatment effects of external bath of modified Guizhi decoction on hand-foot-syndrome caused by apatinib.Methods:Collecting datas of 30 inpatients or outpatients of the Third Affiliated Hospital Of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University from 2016.1-2017.12 who suffered from HFS caused by apatiniba and meet our standards.All of them were put into two groups randomly.The experiment group were given external bath of modified Guizhi decoction and oral VitB6.The control group were given external bath of warm water and oral VitB6.After two weeks of treatment,we evaluated Quantitative classification of HFS,hemodynamic changes of the fingers,changes of pain grading,Karnofsky scores of life quality.Results:1.The improvement of the classification of HFS:The treatment group's total effective rate is 100%,and the total effective rate of control group is 20%,Through statistical analysis,The difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).2.hemodynamic changes of the fingers:PSV?EDV of the treatment group is higher than that of the control group.The differences of PSV?EDVbetween the two groups is signific ant(P<0.05).3.Relieving of the pain,the overall response rate of treatment group is 100%,and that of the control group is 20%,The difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).4.In the aspect of enhancing the quality of existing,increasing rate of the treatment group is 73%and the rate of stability is 27%,decreasing rate is 0.however increasing rate of the control group is 13%and the rate of stability is 20%,decreasing rate is 67%.through statistical analysis,The difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The external bath of modified Guizhi decoction is effective in reducing the grades of HFS.2.The external bath of modified Guizhi decoction can improve hemodynamic of the fingers.3.The external bath of modified Guizhi decoction is effective in reducing the pain grading of HFS patients,effectively relive the pain of the patients.4.The external bath of modified Guizhi decoction is effective in improving the patient's Cartesian score.
