The Clinical Efficacy Observation Of Liver Depression QI Stagnation Of Chloasma With Acupuncture At Si-guan Point And Traditional Chinese Medicine Facial Mask

ObjectiveChloasma is a common clinical skin disease that damages the beauty.Due to its long course and difficulty in curing,chloasma seriously affects patients' appearance and mental health.So many patients are often accompanied by anxiety disorder or depression disorder.In this study,patients with liver depression Ql stagnation of chloasma were treated with acupuncture at Si-guan point and traditional Chinese Medicine facial mask.The clinical efficacy was evaluated by observing the difference of melasma area severity index(MASI)score,TCM clinical symptom score and anxiety and depression score before and after treatment,providing clinical evidence.MethodA total of 80 patients with liver depression QI stagnation of chloasma were selected strictly according to the inclusion criteria,and were randomly divided into 2 group,with 40 patients in the treatment group and 40 patients in the control group.The treatment group was treated with acupuncture at Si-guan point and traditional Chinese Medicine facial mask which were performed once a day,three times a week for a total of 8 weeks.The control group was treated with xiaoban tablets which taken 5 times each time,3 times a day and traditional Chinese medicine facial mask as treatment group,for a total of 8 weeks.Using SPSS22.0 software to analyze the MASI scores,TCM clinical symptom score and anxiety and depression score before and after treatment.And the MASI score was used to evaluate the final efficacy.ResultsA total of 80 patients were enrolled in this study,and 76 patients were included in the final statistical analysis,which included 40 patients in the treatment group without seceding and 36 patients in the control group with 4 patients in seceding.After 8 weeks of treatment,the two groups of MASI scores,TCM clinical symptom score and anxiety and depression score were significantly lower(P<0.05),with statistical significance.Therefore,the two treatment methods can improve the clinical symptoms and anxiety and depression in patients with liver depression QI stagnation of chloasma.After treatment,there were significant differences in MASI scores,TCM clinical symptom scores and anxiety and depression scores between the two groups after statistical analysis(P<0.05),and the scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group.It indicates that the treatment group is superior to the control group in improving the clinical symptoms and anxiety and depression status of patients with liver stagnation and qi stagnation chloasma.The total clinic effective rate of treatment group was 80%,while the rate of control group was 63.89%.The results of two groups were significantly different after statistical analysis(P<0.05),which described the treatment group is superior to the control group.ConclusionThis study showed that the treatment of acupuncture at Si-guan point and traditional Chinese Medicine facial mask with liver depression QI stagnation of chloasma was better,which combined internal and external,safe and effective.It is worth widely used in clinical treatment.
