Purpose:The purpose of this project is to provide more selective clinical treatment of cervical insomnia,combined with the tutor's clinical experience,using cervical spine massage therapy for cervical insomnia,and compared with conventional massage therapy to study the cervical spine tuning massage method The effectiveness of the treatment also explores its therapeutic advantages and provides a safe and effective new program for the treatment of cervical insomnia by massage.Methods:60 cases of cervical insomnia patients meeting the criteria were serially numbered according to 1-60,then randomly assigned to two groups,30 in the experimental group and 30 in the control group.The experimental group was treated with fine adjustment of the cervical spine;in the control group,30 patients were treated with conventional massage[1].Both groups were given once a day,three times a week,and six times for a course of treatment.One session can be evaluated after the end of one course of treatment.By comparing the two groups before and after treatment PSQI score and NPQ score,and statistical analysis.Result:?1?Comparison of clinical curative effects:After 1 course of treatment,the experimental group:10 cases were cured,8 cases were markedly effective,9 cases were effective,3 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 90%;the control group:5 cases were cured and 11 cases were markedly effective.8 cases were effective,6 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 80%.The statistical analysis of the two groups was statistically significant?P<0.05?.The difference was statistically significant.?2?Comparison of PSQI scores:The PSQI scores of the two groups after one course of treatment were compared with those before treatment,*P<0.05,**P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant,indicating that both groups had good sleep quality after treatment.The improvement was found;after treatment,the PSQI scores of the two groups were compared,and the?P<0.05 was statistically significant.The experimental group scored better than the control group,indicating that the experimental group was better than the control group in improving sleep quality.?3?Comparison of NPQ scores:The NPQ scores of the two groups after one course of treatment were compared with those before treatment respectively,*P<0.05,**P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant,indicating that after one course of treatment,the two groups were treated The quality of sleep was improved;the scores of the two groups after treatment were compared,?P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant;indicating that the experimental group was better than the control group in improving the neck pain.Conclusion:?1?Cervical spine massage and conventional massage can effectively treat cervical insomnia.?2?By observing the PSQI scores and NPQ scores before and after treatment in the two groups,the experimental group was superior to the control group in the PSQI score,NPQ score,and clinical curative effect rate,and there was no obvious adverse reaction in the two groups,indicating that the cervical spine fine-tuning massage The method is superior to conventional massage in improving sleep quality and neck pain.
