Objective: The purpose of this project is to study the cervical spine by cervical spine fine adjustment combined with the head Jiugong acupressure method to observe the clinical efficacy of this treatment method, and provide a new option for the clinical treatment of cervical dizziness.Contrast, observe the difference in curative effect, and initially explore the mechanism of cervical spine fine-tuning combined with Jiu Gong acupoint on the head to treat cervical vertigo, and give a better, safer and more effective plan to its therapeutic advantages. Methods: This study selected patients who came to the Department of Massage and Orthopedics of Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Yunnan Province from December 2018 to the end of February 2020.Sixty patients with cervical vertigo meeting the inclusion criteria were numbered from 1-60,and then divided into two groups using a random number table, namely 30 in the control group and 30 in the test group.Thirty patients in the control group were treated with conventional massage methods, and 30 patients in the treatment group were treated with cervical spine fine adjustment combined with acupressure on the head of Jiugong. Each patient in the two groups was given a treatment time period of about 15 minutes each time, once a day,5 times a week,2 weeks as a course of treatment, and the clinical efficacy can be evaluated after the end of a course of treatment. The main indicators for curative effect observation were cervical vertigo symptoms and function assessment scale(ESCV),average blood flow velocity(Vm)of vertebral-basal artery measured by TCD,vertigo disorder scale(DHI),and stun intensity visual analog scale(VAS),and carrying out the statistical analysis.Result:(1)Comparison of ESCV scores: There was no significant difference between the symptoms of cervical vertigo and the total functional score in the experimental group and the control group before treatment(P> 0.05).The differences were not statistically significant and comparable. The comparison between the groups after treatment showed that the test group score was better than the control group(P <0.05).In the five aspects of ESCV / vertigo symptoms, neck and shoulder pain, headache, daily life and work, physiological and social adaptation scores, there was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P> 0.05),which is comparable;Vertigo symptoms, neck and shoulder pain, headache, daily life and work P <0.05,there are significant differences, statistical significance, and the test group score is significantly higher than the control group, and in terms of physiological and social adaptation,P> 0.05,indicating no significant difference between the two groups..(2)Vertebral-basal artery TCD test results comparison: There was no significant difference in the relative ratios of vertebral basilar artery LVA(right vertebral artery),RVA(left vertebral artery),and BA(basal artery)average blood flow velocity between the two groups of patients before treatment.(All P> 0.05),not statistically significant and comparable;within the group after treatment, the average blood flow velocities of the vertebral-basal artery LVA,RVA,and BA in the two groups were significantly improved than before treatment(all * P < 0.05);After treatment, the LVA and RVA levels in the experimental group were better than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(both P <0.05),and the improvement of BA level was not significantly different between the two groups(P> 0.05).The difference is not statistically significant.(3)Dizziness Disorder Scale(DHI)score comparison: There was no significant difference in the DHI score between the two groups before treatment(Z =-1.133,P = 0.257> 0.05),which was not statistically significant and comparable;the test group and the control group after treatment The intra-group comparisons were significantly lower than before treatment(all P <0.01),with significant differences and statistical significance. After comparison, the DHI score in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(t =-2.861,P = 0.006 <0.05),the difference is statistically significant.(4)Comparison of VAS scores: There was no significant difference in the vertigo intensity scores between the two groups before treatment(t = 0.888,P = 0.378> 0.05),which was not statistically significant and comparable;the vertigo intensity scores of the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment((P <0.01),with significant differences and statistical significance;after treatment, the vertigo score in the test group was significantly lower than that in the control group(t =-2.018,P = 0.048 <0.05),and the difference was statistically significant. This shows that the test group is significantly better than the control group in improving the intensity of vertigo.(5)Comparison of clinical effects: After 1 course of treatment,2 patients(6.7%)were cured in the experimental group,18 patients(60.0%)were significantly effective,2 patients(23.3%)were effective, and the total effective rate was 90.0%;0 patients were cured in the control group(0%),markedly effective in 12(40.0%),effective in 13(33.3%),and a total effective rate of 83.3%.The clinical efficacy comparison between the two groups showed a significant difference(Z =-2.002,P = 0.036),which is statistically significant.Conclusion:(1)Cervical spine fine-tuning combined with acupressure on the head of Jiugong and conventional massage can effectively treat patients with menstrual vertigo.(2)By observing the cervical vertigo symptoms and function assessment scale(ESCV),the average blood flow velocity(Vm)of the vertebrobasilar artery, the vertigo disorder scale(DHI),and the stun intensity visual analogue scale were observed by two groups before and after treatment, and clinical treatment efficiency are better in the experimental group than in the control group, and there are no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups of treatments, indicating that the cervical spine fine adjustment combined with the head Jiugong acupressure method is significantly better than the conventional massage method for cervical vertigo Worth clinical promotion.
