Study On The Curative Effect Of Drugs And Neck Massage Combined With Traditional Chinese Medicine Fumigation On Cervical Cervical Spondylosis Headache And Dizziness

Objective: To observe the effects of three different treatments on cervical cervical spondylosis dizziness and headache.In order to find the best treatment of cervical cervical spondylosis.Methods: 90 young and middle-aged patients with cervical cervical spondylosis dizziness and headache who visited the clinic of our hospital's encephalopathy center from November 2018 to December 2019,and were randomly divided into three groups(drugs group,massage + traction group and massage + traction + traditional Chinese medicine fumigation group)with 30 cases in each group.The patients in drugs group were treated with drugs(including Toutongning capsule?anti-thrombus and thrombolytic capsule and eperisone hydrochloride tablets),the patients in massage group were treated with common drugs and cervical massage and traction,the patients in fumigation group were treated with common drugs ?cervical massage and traction and traditional Chinese medicine fumigation.To observe the improvement of Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score ?Neck Disability Index(NDI)score and cervical curvature values and the clinical efficacy after 2 weeks of treatment in all three groups.Result:(1)VAS ?NDI score and cervical curvature values were no significant difference between the three groups before treatment(P>0.05).Compared with pre-therapy,the drugs group of the post-treatment,s VAS?NDI score and cervical curvature values were no significant difference(P>0.05),but there was significant difference in two other groups(P<0.05).(2)After 2 weeks of treatment,the symptoms of the three groups were relieved to different degrees.Compare with the NDI and VAS scores and cervical curvature values and the clinical efficacy,the curative effect of the fumigation group is better than the other groups(P<0.05).Conclusion: The treatment of combining Drugs?massage and traction with fumigation is remarkable effective in the treatment of cervical cervical spondylosis dizziness and headache,which has a certain reference value in the field of clinical practice and provides a new treatment idea and means for clinical practice.
