Observation On The Curative Effect Of Plaster Massage(Trauma No.1 Plaster) Combined With Obliquely Pulling Method In The Treatment Of Acute Lumbar Sprain

Objective: to observe and compare the difference of the clinical efficacy of plaster massage(trauma no.1 plaster)combined with oblique-pulling method and plaster massage combined with oblique-pulling method in the treatment of acute lumbar spains(qi stagnation and blood stasis type).Methods: 60 patients with acute lumbar sprain(qi stagnation and blood stasis)were randomly divided into two groups.0.05,no statistical significance,comparable.In both groups,lumbar manipulation was used at the initial diagnosis,with only one treatment.In the latter treatment group,plaster massage(trauma no.1 plaster)was used,and in the control group(futaolin)was used.In both groups,plaster massage(trauma no.1 plaster)and plaster massage(futaolin)were used.To observe and compare VAS and ROM scale scores before treatment,1 time after treatment,and 7 times after treatment,as well as RDQ scale scores before treatment and 7 times after treatment,and to evaluate the clinical efficacy after one course of treatment.SPSS26.0 software is used to process data.Results:1.After 1 treatment,both the treatment group and the control group could effectively relieve the pain and improve the lumbar mobility of patients with acute lumbar sprain(qi stagnation and blood stasis type),but there was no difference between the two groups.2.After one course of treatment,both the treatment group and the control group could effectively relieve the pain of patients with acute lumbar sprain(qi stagnation and blood stasis type),improve the lumbar mobility and improve the quality of life,and the treatment group was better than the control group.3.The two groups had good efficacy for acute lumbar sprain(qi stagnation and blood stasis type),but the efficacy of the two groups was significantly different after one course of treatment.The total effective rate of the treatment group(93.33%)was better than that of the control group(76.67%).Conclusion: it is effective to treat acute lumbar sprain(qi stagnation and blood stasis type)by anointing massage(trauma no.1 ointment)combined with oblique manipulation.
