Purpose:This project is based on the theory of disease collaterals and compares the clinical efficacy of Weizhong and Yinmen blood-letting puncture and cupping with Weizhong and Yinmen acupuncture in the treatment of acute lumbar sprains to find a new treatment plan for the clinic.Material and method:According to the inclusion criteria,60 patients with acute lumbar sprain of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type were selected and randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in the treatment group and 30 cases in the control group. The treatment group was given Weizhong and Yinmen blood-letting puncture and cupping, and the control group was given Weizhong and Yinmen acupuncture treatment;the blood-letting puncture and cupping treatment is performed once every other day,and the treatment is 3 times in a row;acupuncture treatment is performed once a day for 5 consecutive days. The evaluation results of visual analogue scoring method(VAS)and lumbar spine mobility score(ROM)are used as curative effects, before treatment, after the first treatment and after the end of the course of treatment, evaluate, record and analyze various data.Results:1.The basic data,VAS score and ROM score of the two groups were compared before treatment, and the P values were all> 0.05,the difference was not statistically significant and comparable.2.Comparison between the two groups: the VAS score and ROM score of the two groups before treatment, after the first treatment, and after the last treatment were statistically analyzed, and the P values were all <0.05,which was statistically significant. And after treatment, the VAS score and ROM score were significantly lower than before treatment.3.Comparison between the two groups: the VAS score,ROM score and the efficacy of the two groups after the first treatment and the last treatment were statistically analyzed. The P values were all <0.05,which was a significant difference. The results showed that the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 80%.According to statistical analysis,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant, indicating that the treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion:1.Both the Weizhong and Yinmen blood-letting puncture and cupping method and the Weizhong and Yinmen acupuncture therapy can treat acute lumbar sprains.2.Weizhong and Yinmen blood-letting puncture and cupping method is better than Weizhong and Yinmen acupuncture in alleviating pain, improving lumbar mobility and clinical efficacy.3.Under the guidance of disease collateral theory,Weizhong and Yinmen blood-letting puncture and cupping method can effectively treat acute lumbar sprains of Qi stagnation and blood stasis. This program has a definite effect and is worthy of clinical promotion.
