Clinical Study On The Effect Of Qingrejiedu Fuzheng Prescription On Coagulation Function Of Phlegm Heat Stasis Syndrome In Pulmonary Sepsis

Objective: To study the effect of jiedu fu fang fang on the coagulation function of patients with pulmonary sepsis with phlegm and heat stasis syndrome,to provide a new idea for the treatment of pulmonary sepsis with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine,and to monitor and analyze the therapeutic effect and safety of this prescription.Methods: In the presence of abscess factors,a total of 72 patients with pulmonary sepsis with phlegm-heat stasis syndrome were selected,and these patients were randomly distributed in the treatment group and the control group,with 36 patients in each group.The treatment group was treated with jiedu fuzheng prescription plus basic medical treatment.The control group was treated with blood pijing injection and basic medicine.The duration of treatment was 11 days.The changes of TCM syndromes,main signs and symptoms,experimental examination indexes of coagulation function,28-day survival rate and safety indexes of patients in the treatment group and control group before and on the11 th day of treatment were observed.The effectiveness and safety of the two test schemes were evaluated.Result : 1.Results of efficacy comparison of TCM symptoms:(1)the scores of TCM syndromes before and after the treatment group and the control group were compared,and the results were statistically significant(<0.01).(2)The comparison results of TCM syndrome scores between the treatment group and the control group were not statistically significant(>0.05).2.Comparison results of coagulation function laboratory results,SOFA score and 28-day survival rate:(1)comparison of coagulation function laboratory results before and after the treatment group and the control group showed statistically significant differences(<0.01).(2)After the experiment,the laboratory results of coagulation function of the treatment group and the control group were compared,and there was no statistical difference(>0.05).(3)The results of SOFA evaluation before and after the treatment group and the control group were statistically significant(<0.01).(4)The results of SOFA between treatment group and control group were not statistically significant(>0.05).(5)there was no statistical significance in the 28-day survival rate of the patients in the treatment group and the control group(>0.05).3.Comparison results of safety indicators:(1)the results of liver function and renal function tests before and after the treatment group and the control group were compared within the group,and there was no statistically significant difference(>0.05).(2)before and after the test,no obvious abnormalities were found in the routine stool,routine urine and electrocardiogram examination of the patients in the treatment group and the control group.All the patients participating in this study had no allergies or adverse reactions related to the experimental drug during the experiment,and no adverse reactions related to the experimental drug occurred after the experiment.Conclusion: The heat-clearing and detoxifying Fuzheng prescription has an influence on the coagulation function of patients with pulmonary sepsis with phlegm,heat and blood stasis syndrome.It can significantly improve the coagulation function,increase the coagulation function index PLT,delay FIB,reduce PT,APTT and TT,and restore the coagulation function index from abnormal level to normal level.There is no significant difference between qingrejiedu Fuzheng Recipe and Xubijing injection in the treatment of pulmonary sepsis with phlegm,heat and stasis syndrome.
