Objective:1.Based on Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome differentiation of phlegm and blood stasis, this paper discussed the distribution characteristics of Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome types in patients with metabolic syndrome complicated with atrial fibrillation, and analyzed the differences among the syndrome types.2.The correlation between phlegm, blood stasis,RDW,coagulation function and each component and MS complicated with atrial fibrillation was analyzed, and a prediction model was established to find objective indicators for the risk factors of MS complicated with atrial fibrillation and guide clinical intervention measures. Methods:Retrospective analysis was performed on including 96 patients with MS complicated with atrial fibrillation and 72 patients with MS alone,in the outpatient and inpatient departments of the department of cardiology, the first affiliated hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2016 to December 2019.A total of 168 patients.Basic information of the included patients was collected and recorded in detail, including age, sex, smoking history, physical examination, complete biochemistry, blood cell analysis, coagulation function and four diagnostic summaries. All data in this study were analyzed using SPSS26.0 statistical software.Results:1.The age and DBP in the MS complicated with atrial fibrillation group were significantly different from those in the MS group(P<0.01),and the differences in TG and TC were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in waist circumference,SBP,LDL-C,HDL-C,FPG and HCY(P>0.05).2.The differences of RDW,PT,APTT and FIB in the MS complicated with atrial fibrillation group were statistically significant compared with the MS group(P<0.01).3.The differences of phlegm syndrome, blood stasis syndrome and syndrome differentiation of phlegm and blood stasis in MS complicated with atrial fibrillation group were statistically significant compared with those in MS group(P<0.01).4.The phlegm and blood stasis syndrome types of MS patients with atrial fibrillation were ranked as the mutual phlegm and blood stasis syndrome >blood stasis syndrome, phlegm syndrome,non-phlegm and non-stasis syndrome. There were no statistically significant differences in RDW,PT,APTT,FIB and TT among the syndromes(P>0.05).5.MS combined with atrial fibrillation was positively correlated with sputum, blood stasis, age,RDW,and FIB(P<0.05),and negatively correlated with DBP,PT,and APTT(P<0.05).6.Using the stepwise regression method of maximum likelihood estimation to screen variables,a prediction model including sputum, blood stasis,DBP,RDW,PT and APTT was obtained. The constructed area under the ROC curve(AUC)was 0.928,which was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conlusions:1.The proportion of combined phlegm and blood stasis syndrome was higher than that of phlegm syndrome, blood stasis syndrome,non-phlegm and non-stasis syndrome in MS patients with atrial fibrillation.2.Age,DBP,RDW,PT,APTT,FIB,phlegm and blood stasis are risk factors for MS with atrial fibrillation.Combined phlegm, blood stasis,DBP,RDW,PT and APTT have predictive value for the risk of MS associated with atrial fibrillation. |
