Objective: The purpose of this study was to observe the clinical efficacy of Zhuang medicine acupuncture in the treatment of functional constipation.Methods: From May 2019 to December 2019,we singled out 60 patient with functional constipation who met the inclusion criteria were recruited from the department of Zhuang medicine and Zhuang medicine of Ren'ai branch of the first affiliated hospital of guangxi university of traditional Chinese medicine.These patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group by random number table method,30 cases per group.The treatment group was treated with Zhuang medicine acupuncture.Zhuang medicine acupuncture selected bilateral TBq,RFh1-4,RFh1-8,RFh2-2,RFh2-10,bilateral DQsz,bilateral DZBh2-6,bilateral DZBh2-8,bilateral DHh,then we used a method which were "8" ring acupuncture to treat.The control group was treated with acupuncture therapy of traditional Chinese medicine.The acupuncture points in traditional Chinese medicine were bilateral Tianshu,bilateral Dacangshu,bilateral Shangjuxu,bilateral Zhigouxue and bilateral Zhaohai.After one course of treatment,the CCS and PAC-QOL scores of the two groups before and after treatment were recorded,and the obtained data were statistically analyzed using SPSS 22.0.Results: The CCS and PAC-QOL scores of the two groups decreased after treatment compared with those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in CCS and PAC-QOL scores between the treatment group and the control group after treatment(P > 0.05).In terms of clinical efficacy,9 cases were cured in the treatment group,with a recovery rate of 30.0%,11 cases with obvious effects,an apparent efficiency of 36.7%,6 cases with effective effects,an effective rate of 20.0%,and 4 cases with ineffective effects,with a total effective rate of 86.7%.In the control group,8 patients were cured,with a recovery rate of 27.6%,14 patients showed significant efficacy,with an apparent efficiency of 48.3%,5 patients were effective,with an effective rate of 17.2%,and 2 patients were ineffective,with a total effective rate of 93.1%.After the rank-sum test,there was no statistically significant difference in the efficacy between the two groups(P > 0.05).Conclusions: There is no significant difference in the therapeutic effect between Zhuang medicine acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture in the treatment of functional constipation.The results show that the clinical effect of Zhuang medicine acupuncture on functional constipation is good,which is worth further study and application.
