Characteristics Of Zhuang Medicine Therapy For Clinical Study Of Mammary Gland Hyperplasia

Objective: Observing the particular therapy of Zhuang medicine in treatment of the curative effect of treatment of mammary gland hyperplasia,to provide some useful ideas and reference of clinical treatment for mammary gland hyperplasia.Methods: To find the mammary gland patients from our hospital's acupuncture clinic,and physical examination center,get the conditions selected in 60 cases of mammary gland hyperplasia,according to random number divided them into 2 groups and 30 cases in each group,the treatment group(particular therapy of Zhuang medicine)and control group(yan lu ru kang capsules).Treatment group uesed the particular therapy of Zhuang medicine,starting treatment 7 days early before menstruation,and stop when menstruation come.During the treatment acupuncture,point moxibustion medicine line 1 times a day,7 days for a course.Uesing Zhuang medicine lotus cupping needle by stasis method 2 days 1,3 times 1 course.And the control group which used the yan lu ru kang capsules,four at a time,three times a day.Start treatment in 7 days before menstruation,stop when menstruation comes,seven days for a course.Two groups were treated three course(three menstrual cycles).All cases were accordance with the degree of breast pain,breast lumps,whole body accompany symptoms score statistics before and after treatment and establish data table.Then used the statistical software for statistical and observations.Results: According to clinical observation,the treatment group effective rate is 87% while the control group's efficiency is 73%.In the line of analysis of rank sum test,significant differences of therapeutic effect are appeared between the treatment group and the control group(P < 0.01).And the clinical effects are better in treatment group than in control group.The tenderness,hardness,size,range,and the concomitant symptoms of breast lumps in female are reduced obviously in either group.However,compared with the control group,the treatment group has seen the remarkable superiority in the long-term follow-up studies.Conclusion: 1.Zhuang medicine therapy has distinctive function of remitting the tenderness,hardness,size,range,and the concomitant symptoms of breast lumps in female evidently.This therapy is an effective method for treatment of Mammary Hyperplasia,whose general effect have advantage over control group with oral Yan Lu Ru Kang capsule.2.The study has shown that Zhuang medicine therapy has a continuous and long-term effect on Mammary Hyperplasia.
