Objective:Traditional Chinese medicine combined with biofeedback treatment and ear acupuncture treatment respectively,to cure the functional constipation,through control study differences between the two groups was observed to explore the effectiveness and feasibility of treatment for clinical applications basis.Method:Choosing40cases with functional constipation from constipation from affiliated of Hospital North Sichuan Medical College Integrative Medicine outpatient anorectal,Through history taking and anal fingers, colonoscopy and other related inspection meets the Rome III criteria.Cases were divided into control group (traditional Chinese medicine combined with biofeedback group),and test group (traditional Chinese medicine combined ear acupuncture treatment method group),20cases in each. Treatment:All cases are used as the basis of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation treatment,150ml po tid. All the cases with outpatient treatment programs. All groups were treated for a course (28days)after, to evaluate efficacy,severity and improving quality of life in patients with constipation, follow-up six months.Result:According defecation and fecal frequency traits as efficacy evaluation criteria.Control group,4cases cured;12cases marked;2cases effective,0cases no effect. Test group,6cases cured; effective in13case; one cases effective and0cases no effect. There was no significant difference (P>0.05) between two groups. Constipation patients in each group after treatment The Patient Assessment of Constipation Quality of Life (PAC-QOL), and CSS questionnaire score decreased significantly compared with a statistically significant difference (P<0.05) than before treatment, there was no significant difference between groups (P>0.05). After the end of treatment six months, there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion:1.Traditional Chinese medicine combined with biofeedback and traditional Chinese medicine combined with ear acupuncture treatment method were valid, and security is better.2.The efficacy of the treatment of functional constipation, test group is more stable than control group.
