Objective: To understand the status of self-efficacy,self-management and nursing support in patients with coronary heart disease after PCI;Through the investigation results, the factors influencing self-efficacy,self-management and nursing support of patients with coronary heart disease after PCI were analyzed. To clarify the relationship between self-efficacy,self-management and nursing support in patients with coronary heart disease after PCI.Methods: The convenience sampling method was adopted to facilitate the selection of 220 patients with coronary heart disease after PCI in the department of cardiology,Rui Kang hospital affiliated to Guang Xi university of Chinese medicine from February to July 2019.The survey tools were: general data questionnaire, coronary heart disease self-efficacy scale, coronary heart disease self-management behavior questionnaire scale and coronary heart disease post-PCI nursing support scale(coronary heart disease post-PCI patient empowerment nursing evaluation scale).Mean, standard deviation, frequency, composition ratio and mean ± standard deviation were used to describe the general data,self-efficacy,self-management and nursing support status of patients with coronary heart disease after PCI.Wilcoxon rank sum test,kruskal-wallis H test and multiple linear regression analysis were used to explore the influencing factors of patients' self-efficacy,self-management andnursing support, and Spearman analysis was used to explore the correlation between patients' self-efficacy,self-management and nursing support.Mediating effect test was used to analyze the mediating effect of self-efficacy between nursing support and self-management.Results:1.The total score range of self-efficacy of patients with coronary heart disease after PCI were 2 points, and the total score were(93.63±3.64)points.Self-efficacy scores of patients with different age, education level, marital status, occupation, medical expenses payment method, course of coronary heart disease and number of stent implantation were significantly different(P < 0.05).2.The total score range of self-management of patients with coronary heart disease after PCI were(35~123)points,and the total score were(93.63±3.64)points.There were statistically significant differences in self-management scores among patients with different ages, education levels, marital status, occupation,Family per capita monthly income, payment method of medical expenses, course and complications of coronary heart disease(P < 0.05).3.Coronary heart disease(CHD)scope of PCI postoperative patient care support total score(26~87)points,with a score of(68.59±5.98)points,nursing support the overall satisfaction rate was 42.08%,different age, culture level, marital status, occupation, medical treatment charge of payment, time and complications in patients with coronary artery disease progression,PCI postoperative nursing support score difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).4.The total score of self-efficacy was positively correlated with the total score of self-management and its dimensions(r=0.588,P < 0.05).5.The total score of patient care support was positively correlated with the total score of self-management and its dimensions(r=0.533,P < 0.05).6.The total score of patient care support was positively correlated with the total score of self-efficacy and its dimensions(r=0.481,P < 0.05).7.Self-efficacy is the mediating variable between nursing support and self-management,and the mediating effect is 5.2791.Conclusion:1.Self-efficacy of patients with coronary heart disease after PCI was at an intermediate level, and age, education level, marital status, occupation, medical expenses payment method, course of coronary heart disease and number of stent implantation were the main influencing factors.2.Self-management ability of patients with coronary heart disease after PCI was at a medium level, and self-management ability of some patients was low.Age,education level, marital status, occupation, monthly family income, payment method of medical expenses, course and complications of coronary heart disease were the main influencing factors.3.The nursing support of patients with coronary heart disease after PCI was at a medium level, and the overall satisfaction rate of nursing support was not high, and age, education level, marital status, occupation, payment method of medical expenses, course of coronary heart disease, time after PCI and complications were the main influencing factors.4.Self-efficacy,self-management and nursing support of patients with coronary heart disease after PCI are linearly correlated.Nursing support can directly positively predict self-management,and self-efficacy can also indirectly predict self-management through self-efficacy.Self-efficacy is an intermediary variable between nursing support and self-management of patients with coronary heart disease after PCI.
