ObjectiveThe health survey summary table,the coronary heart disease self-management scale,and the perception social support scale were used to evaluate the quality of life,self-management behavior,and perception social support ability of patients with coronary heart disease at 3 months after PCI.To study the correlation between the quality of life after PCI and self-management behavior,and the ability to understand social support,to explore the factors that affect the quality of life of patients with coronary heart disease after PCI,and to provide strategic support for improving the quality of life after PCI.MethodsA cross-sectional survey was conducted to select patients who successfully performed PCI in a third-class hospital in jingzhou city from January to November 2019.After obtaining informed consent,establish a WeChat group for PCI postoperative guidance,use the questionnaire network to create a questionnaire,instruct the patients to fill out the general information questionnaire,mos item short from health survey,coronary artery disease self-management scale,and perceptive social support scale in WeChat group,investigate and evaluate the patients and analyze the factors that affect the quality of life after PCI.SPSS 21.0 software was used for data entry and analysis to describe general data,self-management level,social support ability,quality of life score of PCI postoperative patients with frequency,composition ratio,mean and standard deviation,to compare the differences in the quality of life scores of patients after PCI with general data using t test and analysis of variance,and to use the pearson correlation test for the correlation between the quality of life of patients and self-management level and the ability to understand social support of patients after PCI,the factors influencing the quality of life after PCI were analyzed by multiple linear regression,and P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results1.Total score of quality of life in patients with coronary heart disease after PCI(64.77±19.63),total score of perceived social support ability(55.33±7.52),total score of self-management behavior(72.89±6.49).2.The differences of life quality in age,education level,monthly income,diabetes mellitus,smoking status,weekly exercise frequency,and scores of self-perceived disease severity of patients with coronary heart disease after PCI were statistically significant(P<0.05).3.The quality of life of patients with coronary heart disease after PCI was positively correlated with comprehension of social support ability and self-management level(P<0.05);family support,other support,friend support,management of bad habits,symptom management,first aid management,disease knowledge management,treatment compliance were positively correlated with quality of life(P<0.05).4.Symptom management(regression coefficient of 2.929),treatment compliance(regression coefficient of 5.799),number of weekly exercises(regression coefficient of 6.168),family support(regression coefficient of 1.975),combined diabetes(regression coefficient of-10.126),first aid Management(regression coefficient of 2.770)were the main factor influencing the quality of life of patients with coronary heart disease after PCI,which explained a total of 47.0%of the variance.Conclusion1.The quality of life of patients after PCI is at a medium level,and the level of social support and self-management is at a medium level,in order to improve quality of life,medical personnel should formulate and implement health promotion strategies.2.In the Demographic variables,age,education,monthly income,combined diabetes,smoking,weekly exercise,and self-perceived severity have a certain impact on the quality of life of patients with coronary heart disease after PCI.3.The quality of life of patients after PCI is positively correlated with self-management level and ability of comprehending social support.4.The factors that affect the quality of life of patients with coronary heart disease after PCI are:symptom management,treatment compliance,number of weekly exercises,family support,combined diabetes,emergency management.
