Objective:Coronary heart disease(CHD)is a serious threat to human health. The incidence and mortality rate are increasing year by year.Bring a serious economic burden to patients and society. However, since the percutaneous coronary stent implantation is a minimally invasive procedure, the injury to the patient is small and the time spent in the hospital is short.Patients tend to ignore the severity of the disease, but psychological factors, bad habits and other factors, can lead to re-embolism in the stent, and bring serious consequences to patients. This study aims to improve coronary stenting in patients undergoing coronary stenting through a health management model based on full nursing care management, and in-hospital nursing interventions, discharge nursing interventions, home nursing interventions, and outpatient care interventions. After the patient's compliance,so as to delay the development of the disease and reduce the occurrence of stent re-emboli after stenting,to reduce the mortality rate, reduce the economic burden on patients and families,to extend the life of patients, improve the quality of life of patients. Methods:One hundred patients who underwent coronary angiography and confirmed coronary artery disease concurrent stenting at the cardiovascular department of a top-three hospital in Changchun City,Jilin Province from January 1,2017 to January 29,2017 were selected as study subjects.According to the random number table method,100 patients were randomly divided into experimental group 48 cases and control group 52 cases. There was no significant difference in age, education, etc.between the two groups(p>0.05).Patients in both groups were given perioperative nursing measures for routine coronary artery disease. On the basis of routine perioperative nursing measures, the experimental group performed overall nursing management, mainly through nursing intervention, discharge nursing intervention, home nursing intervention, and outpatient nursing intervention. One way to start, the intervention time is 6 months.Through the coronary heart disease self-management behavioral scale, coronary heart disease related knowledge questionnaire, coronary heart disease patient compliance behavior scale, and patient physiological indicators, compare the two groups of patients before intervention,3 months after intervention, and 6 months after intervention Management behavior, differences in knowledge and physiological indicators related to coronary heart disease.Results:1.In the two groups of patients, the experimental group lost 3 cases, and the control group lost 6 cases.91 cases were effectively followed up.There was no statistically significant difference in age, gender, education, occupation, marital status, economy, illness, and family support between the two groups(p>0.05).Baseline data were comparable.2.Self-management behaviors, knowledge of coronary heart disease, and compliance behaviors of the two groups: Compared with the pre-intervention 3 months and 6 months after the intervention, the self-management behaviors, coronary heart disease-related knowledge, and compliance behaviors of the two groups were compared.Significantly improved, the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).After a 6-month intervention, the self-management behavior, coronary heart disease-related knowledge, and compliance behavior scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group. The difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).3.Comparing the systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, blood glucose and blood lipid levels between the experimental group and the control group: The physiological indexes in the experimental group for 3 months and 6 months were significantly improved compared with those before the intervention, and the difference was statistically significant(p <0.05);The difference persists between 6 months intervention and 3 months intervention.However,3 months after the intervention, the systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, fasting blood glucose, and total cholesterol in the experimental group were significantly different from those in the control group(p<0.05).After 6 months of intervention, all physiological indicators of the two groups were excluded.Low-density lipoprotein cholesterol was statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusions:1.The application of whole-course nursing management method in patients with coronary heart disease stenting can improve self-management behavior and compliance behavior.Ensure that after the patient is discharged from the hospital,he will improve his patient's prognosis according to the correct lifestyle, medication, and exercise.2.Through the whole course of nursing management, the experimental group improved blood pressure, fasting blood glucose, total cholesterol, and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol. However, the control of low-density lipoprotein cholesterol is not significant.3.Application of whole-course nursing management In the management of patients with coronary heart disease after stenting,it can promote good disease management behaviors.
