Research On The Effect Of Chongqing Province's Medical Service On Doctor-patient Relationship In The Perspective Of Service-oriented Government

The current situation of the doctor-patient relationship in China is not optimistic.There are still many problems that have not been effectively resolved in the process of medical and health development.The level of medical services cannot keep up with the demand of patients need,and patients are lack of trust in hospitals.The report of the 19^th National Congress of the Communist Party of China points out that:it is necessary to strengthen the credibility and execution of the government,what's more,build a service-oriented government that the people are satisfied with,and focus the government's work on public services.As a public welfare institution under the leadership of government,hospitals should provide patients services as their first priority,focusing on the needs of patients and providing better medical services for patients to ease the current tension relationship between doctors and patients.The medical record as a document which containing the patient's entire medical process,it'widely used in all aspects of society,nowadays,patients are put forward higher requirements for their quality of medical record services.Medical record service is the final link of medical services,which directly affects the interests of patients and their satisfaction to the hospital.Therefore,how to deal with the conflict between doctors and patients caused by the medical record service and promote the harmonious development of doctor-patient relationship are the problems worth thinking about by the management departments of medical institutions and hospital managers at present.By investigating the basic doctors and patients relationship situation of the medical record services in Chongqing,it is considered that the current medical record services in Chongqing are lack of humanized service methods,and the methods of medical record services are backward,in addition,the number of medical record services staff is insufficient,the implementation standards of medical record copying regulations are not uniform,the more important thing is that hospital leadership does not pay enough attention to medical record service works.Through analyzing the impact of various problems in the medical record services in Chongqing on the relationship between doctors and patients,it is proposed to develop a humanized medical record service from the perspective of a service-oriented government,which relying on information technologies.The government should vigorously train more high-quality professional and technical personnel,establish a medical record connotation quality supervision system,unify the implementation standards of medical record copying regulations,build a long-term mechanism linking medical record service quality with hospital's performance evaluation,and scientifically manage the medical record services.In this way,to meet the needs of patients'about the medical record services,improve the quality of medical record services in hospitals,reduce the doctor-patient crisis and promote the harmonious of doctor-patient relations.
