Research On The Impact Of Medical Service Quality And Doctor-patient Communication On The Relationship Between Doctors And Patients In Colleges And Universities

A good relationship between doctors and patients on medical orderly conduct of the activities of medical institutions,benign operation and social harmony plays a vital role in the quality of medical services is the high level of patients to achieve cure of the disease and improve the health level of assurance,not only related to the lives of patients,have an important impact on the progress and development of doctor-patient relationship and the whole medical industry the.At the same time,doctor-patient communication for patients to understand their own condition,patient behavior,the smooth development of the work of doctors and the harmonious relationship between doctors and patients has a guiding role.When the communication is blocked,high quality medical service even if the hospital,patients because of misunderstanding or lack of information leads to high expectations,will be directed at the hospital,so the doctor-patient conflicts and even the outbreak of medical disputes.The theory of cognition,emotion and action points out that the generation of behavior is a continuous dynamic process,that is to say,the individual emotion is influenced by the individual cognition and the emotion affects the behavior and intention.According to the theory of social exchange,the relationship between people is essentially a kind of social exchange,which includes both material exchange and non-material exchange.When others are actively treated,individuals tend to return in a positive manner.In the medical field,doctor-patient communication is the explicit form of behavior,when the patient perceived quality of service quality of medical doctors to provide for them,often give each other emotional support and more feedback,in the establishment of friendly relations and medical staff and approved doctor diagnosis,active communication condition and so on.In this paper,we choose the special medical service institution of university hospital to discuss the influence of the quality of medical service and the communication between doctors and patients on the doctor-patient relationship.Reviewing the development of the hospital can be found,its function gradually expanded from the initial prevention and health care,protect public health and safety for medical treatment,health education,disease prevention,health supervision functions of integrated medical service institutions,and showing the development trend of community,profitability.At present,the hospital is facing the challenge of the reform of the social medical treatment,but also faces the test of the transformation of its function.According to these difficulties,some scholars from the market operation mode,function orientation of university hospital research,explore and reform path of the development of community health services and other proposed solutions,but these studies tend to macro analysis,can not carry out a detailed analysis from the students'actual medical needs,the hospital service specific defects and the doctor-patient relationship,the degree of satisfaction and other aspects,have failed to examine the factors restricting the healthy development of the short board of the university hospital from the empirical point of view.The present situation of less research on medical service hospital school based on academic circles,this study selected university hospital this special medical services,investigation of doctor-patient communication as an intermediary variable,the influence mechanism of medical service quality of doctor-patient relationship,specifically,this article conducts the research from the following aspects:first,the definition and extension of the connotation of medical service quality of hospital school,the school developed the hospital medical service quality scale,through the exploration proved that the development of the scale of the content and structure of rationality analysis of factor analysis and confirmatory factor.Secondly,SPSS was used to test the reliability,validity and descriptive statistics of each variable,that is,the quality of medical service,the relationship between doctors and patients and the relationship between doctors and patients.The results showed that there was a correlation between the dimensions of medical service quality,namely,type,reliability,medical security,public supervision and prevention,economy,doctor-patient communication and doctor-patient relationship.Finally,the survey data of Xi'an in 6 different grade hospitals in colleges through regression analysis results showed that:(1)the role of the hospital medical service quality influence on the doctor-patient relationship,the correlation analysis results show that the reliability and security of the medical doctor-patient relationship has a significant positive effect;(2)the relationship between the school of medical service the quality of hospital and doctor patient communication,medical security,reliability,economy,type of dimensions are in varying degrees of doctor-patient communication has a positive impact;(3)the doctor-patient communication has a significant positive effect on the doctor-patient relationship;(4)the mediating role of doctor-patient communication,doctor-patient communication play a mediating effect on the reliability of doctors and patients
