In recent years,with the advancement of new medical reform policy,also will have the influence on the doctor-patient relationship.The patients pay more attention on their own rights,to safeguard their own rights with arguing.On the contrary,hospital consider the patients are all unreasonable.In this situation,it causes obviously distress for the hospital management and environment,and also adverse for the patients.The cause of the contradiction between doctors and patients is very complicated,and the factors are also diverse.It will be caused by policy,social environment,educational background,economy,internal management and so on.This essay analyses and collects from the data in12345 public service hotline for patients' daily complaints of Shanghai3 A hospitals,and the districts and the satisfaction survey results of 200 questionnaires in four years.Finally,it analyzes the possible causes of doctor-patient contradiction from the three perspectives in hospitals,the patients and the government,and it used the 12345 public service hotline to intervene and improve,and to provide the patients with a fast-efficient-convenient way in complaints.In some extent,the number of on-site complaints has been reduced,and to alleviate the contradiction between doctors and patients.Thus,to improve the operation ability in hospital.The 12345 public service hotline has been developed rapidly in recent years;it has become a new way for patient's complaint.we find that the data have multiplied over these years,but the actual process is significant,such as: the ability on dealing with the doctor-patient contradiction,patient satisfaction,reasonable and effective using of medical resources,safeguard the rights of doctors and patients,and also improves the processing speed.The response to patient satisfaction has been increased by the hospital.It turns out that patient satisfaction is also one of the criteria for assessing the medical and service.As the government public platform,it could not only improve the ability of managing the Doctor-patient contradiction effectively,relieve the doctor-patient relationship,but also promotes the management of hospital.The authenticity of appeals,the openness and fairness of handling,not only improve the relationship between doctors and patients effectively but also play a vital role in creating a stable and harmonious hospital environment.
