The Study On The Health Services From The Perspective Of Doctor-patient Relationship

Doctor-patient relationship is the delivery of public health care services in hospitals during healing relationships, conflicts between doctors and patients are often failed due to the treatment for patients and their families to get a valid identity, and conflicts between doctors and patients is difficult to avoid. How to improve management and service of a hospital, reducing and avoiding conflicts between doctors and patients is the main concern. Public hospitals medical is the basis of a hospital services, direct bears the inclusive nature of public medical service functions. Due to the reduced of state funding, public hospital also showed weakening trend. Author analyses the Liaoning Provincial ZL hospitals medical services, present situation and existing problems, focus on the perspective of the doctor-patient relationship analysis on cause of doctor-patient relationship, From the perspective of hospital management and services, analyzed the medical services provided by the subject, object and its main influence factors of medical services. Found problems in the medical service provider in the service process, emphasized by elevating the standard of medical service, ease the doctor-patient relationship to resolve contradictions and the countermeasures to improve the operability of the quality of medical services.
