Summarizing The Clinical Experience Of Professor Zhao Jianjun In Treating MVCI Based On Data Mining Technology

Objective: Through collating the prescriptions of outpatient cases of Professor Zhao Jianjun for the treatment of patients with mild vascular cognitive impairment,applying the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance assistant platform(V2.5)system to data mining of prescription drugs,in order to analyze the treatment of Professor Zhao Jianjun 's treatment of mild vascular cognitive function The law of drug damage is discussed,and its diagnosis and treatment thinking is discussed,which provides scientific basis for clinical prevention and treatment of mild vascular cognitive impairment and the inheritance of famous old Chinese medicine experience,and guides the clinic.Methods: Professor Zhao Jianjun collected outpatient prescriptions for patients with mild vascular cognitive impairment from May 2015 to October 2019 in the affiliated hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The diagnosis,inclusion and exclusion criteria were used to sort out the prescription medications for 139 patients.A total of 311 prescriptions,a database was established,and the platform software was used for drug frequency analysis,association rule analysis and cluster analysis to perform data mining on prescription drugs.Results: Through data mining of 139 patients' prescriptions and 311 prescriptions,the frequency of drug use and the compatibility rules among drugs were obtained.The top three drugs were Danshen,Cistanche,Gastrodia,among which The sweet and cold medicines that belong to the liver and kidney meridians are most commonly used,followed by the medicines of the heart and spleen meridian,bitter medicine,spicy medicine,and warm medicine.There are 8 commonly used prescription drugs,16 potential core prescriptions,and8 new prescriptions.Conclusions:1.The prescription drugs are mostly cold temperature,sweet and bitter,and the drugs that enter the liver and kidney and heart meridian are the most.Tonic medicines are the most,followed by stasis medicine,heat-clearing medicine,Pinggan Xifeng medicine,and phlegm medicine.That is,kidney deficiency is caused by myeloid deficiency,Fenghuo phlegm and blood stasis are caused by standard poisoning,and the interaction between deficiency and reality is consistent with disease.2.In the medicine pair and the new prescription,the drugs mainly have the functions of tonifying kidney deficiency,relieving wind,removing stasis,clearing heat,and reducing phlegm.Blood stasis caused poisoning of the brain and the interaction between the two was disease.3.Based on the "brain and bone marrow theory" of Mr.Ren Jixue,the "Master of Traditional Chinese Medicine",Professor Zhao Jianjun 's "beneficial marrow and detoxification" has a significant effect in the treatment of mild vascular cognitive impairment,and improves and prevents mild vascular cognition.The damage has a unique advantage and is worthy of clinical promotio...
