The Treatment Experience Of Professor Cai Sehng Chao In Vascular Cognitive Impairment

Backgroud:The famous veteran doctor of traditional Chinese medicine is a model that combines traditional Chinese medicine theory,predecessors' experience and current practice to solve clinical difficult problems.It represents the highest level of current academic and clinical development of traditional Chinese medicine.It is of great significance to inherit and develop the academic thought of traditional Chinese medicine to revitalize and develop the cause of traditional Chinese medicine.Objictive:Through data mining,we summarized the clinical experience of chief physician Cai Shengzhao in treating vascular cognitive impairment,so as to better inherit the experience and academic thoughts of famous veteran doctors.Method:Collected and sorted out 240 cases of VCI patients who were treated in the clinic and ward of Professor Cai Shengchao,an old Chinese medicine practitioner at Anhui Acupuncture Hospital,and then entered into the traditional Chinese medicine supporting system software.The acupoints were selected and acupuncturized for frequency,Drug frequency,regression,four gas flavors,combination of drugs,drug analysis.The data mainly adopts data mining methods such as frequency statistics and association rules to summarize the acupoints and medication rules of the syndrome differentiation and treatment of VCI by tutor,and summarizes the experience of reflecting the tutor academic point of view in accordance with the actual situation of the clinic.Results:Using the method of frequency statistics,medical records of 240 patients were screened and analyzed.1.General situation:There were 108 males and 132 females in 240 cases.2.Dialectical classification and efficacy of TCM: VCI is mainly divided into 7syndromes,the top four arekidney essence deficiency,phlegm obstruction,blood stasis,and deficiency of Qi and blood.There are 11 methods of treatment.The top four are invigorating the kidey and marrow,Invigorate the circulation of blood,dissipating phlegm for resuscitation,benefiting qi and nourishing blood.3.Tropism of taste:Four in drug use more peace and warm;flavors to sweet,pungent use more frequently;More drugs belong to the kidney,heart and spleen meridian in the meridian.4.Drug classification:16 types of drugs were involved,the five types of high frequency use are: tonic medicine,drugs for inducing resusctation,blood circulation drugs,expectorant drugs,sedative medicine.5.Prescription distribution:There are 117 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine,among which the first 15 traditional Chinese medicines are:Acorus gramineus,Scorpion,Cistanche,Ginseng,Gastrodia elata Blume,Scorpion,Angelica,polygala tenuifolia,Yam,bitter cardamon,Poria cocos,Pinellia ternata,radix curcumae,Astragalus,Ligusticum wallichii.The core combination of the 10 groups of drugs was analyzed by the association rule analysis method.They are:Herba cistanches,Cynomorium songaricum;Herba cistanches,Acorus gramineus Soland;Acorus gramineus Soland,Scorpion;Acorus gramineus Soland,Ginseng;Herba cistanches ? Cynomorium songaricum,Acorus gramineus Soland;Acorus gramineus Soland,gastrodia tuer;Angelica ? Acorus gramineus Soland;Angelica,cynomorium songaricum;Angelica,Scorpion;Acorus gramineus Soland?Angelica,Scorpion.7.The situation of acupuncture and acupoint extraction: 89 points of acupoints were used.The number of frequency bits in the top 10 are Baihui,Sishencong?Zusanli?Fengchi?Shenting?Taixi?Yin tang?Neiguan?Sanyinjiao?Dazhong.8.The number of Twelve Meridian Acupoints in the first five are :Kidney Channel of Foot-Shaoyin;Stomach Channel of Foot-Yangming;Foot sun bladder meridian;Gallbladder meridian;Spleen meridian of foot Tai Yin;In the eight extra channels the most use are Du and Ren acupoints.9.Through the correlation analysis,it is concluded that the acupoints combination of CAI shengchao's treatment of VCI are Baihui?Yongquan;Baihui?Zusanli;Zusanli?Shenshu;Zhongchong?Yongquan;Fengchi?Baihui;Zhongchong?Baihui;Shenting?Baihui;Taixi?Baihu;Shenshu?Guanyaun.Conclusion:Through data mining,Director Cai Shengzhao believes that the pathogenesis of vascular cognitive impairment is mainly kidney deficiency deficiency,phlegm and blood stasis as the standard.The principle of treatment are“shenzheduxing,jianzhebingxing”,Supplementing deficiency with emphasis on tonifying the kidney and filling the essence,removing the evil spirit focuses on removing blood stasis and phlegm.Cai insisting on the combination of disease differentiation and dialectics on the drug selection,tonifying the kidney and warming yang as the great law.Mostly choose to fill the virtual medicine and drugs for inducing resuscitation,tonify deficiency and hemorheologic agent.Cai stick to the essence of acupuncture at the point of acupuncture and acupoint taking,wenyang tonifying kidney,transfer to the strong governor,wake up the brain.
