In March 2018,the National People's Congress approved the reform plan of the State Council,in which the former national health and family planning commission was renamed national health and health committee.This conveys the future development direction ofChina's health industry.The state will pay more attention to the protection of individual life and health.This highlights the importance of the group of nurses.In China,the number of nurses per capita is far lower than that in the United States,and with the limited number of new nurses per year.it is meaningful to solve the problem of high dimission rate of existing nurses.Objective:(1)On the basis of theoretical research,a new hypothesis model is proposed to study the dimission problem and enrich the theory of the dimission problem;(2)Taking nurses in public hospitals as the research object,through empirical research to verify whether organizational support has the mediating effect between job burnout and dimission tendency;(3)Based on the results of the study,to provide countermeasures and Suggestions for the intervention of nurses' dimission behavior,so as to stabilize the nurses' team.Method:Based on job burnout,perceived organizational support and turnover intention of literature study,draw lessons from the theory of the dimension of scholars and measuring tools,on the basis of nurses professional characteristics to improve the part of the scale.In terms of occupational burnout,Maslach's job burnout three-dimension structure theory was adopted,and Maslach's MBI occupational burnout inventory was adopted in the measurement.Regarding organizational support,we draw on the four-dimensional structure supported by Chen zhixia.The nurses' organizational support scale was designed based on Chen zhixia's organizational support scale.In terms of turnover intention,scholars generally consider it as a single dimension.On the basis of Blau and Lunz's dimission tendency scale,the nurse turnover intention scale was designed.According to the data collected from the questionnaire survey,descriptive statistics of the nurses were first conducted.According to the investigation data,reliability analysis,validity analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis were conducted.Results:The reliability analysis of burnout scale was 0.923.Validity analysis KMO test value is 0.873.Bartlett's ball test Sig value is 0.000.The mean of the three components of job burnout is:36.19,13.52,22.75.The reliability analysis of the organizational support scale was 0.965.Validity analysis KMO test value is 0.920.Bartlett's ball test Sig value is 0.000.It is found that the interest,work support,organizational atmosphere and personal development are worth to be divided into 18.54,19.89,12.81 and 5.89.The mean of the dimission tendency was 8.36.Correlation analysis showed that the correlation coefficient was mainly between 0.6 and 0.8.Regression analysis showed that the mediation effect accounted for 73.0%of the total effect.Conclusion:(1)The job burnout scale and the organizational support scale were satisfactory and met the research requirements.(2)The level of job burnout of nurses is higher than that of middle level.(3)Job burnout has a significant positive predictive effect on turnover intention.(4)Job burnout has a significant negative predictive effect on organizational support.(5)Organizational support has some mediating effect between job burnout and turnover intention.
