Study On Mechanism Of The Treatment Of Lumbar Disc Herniation By "Dynamic And Static" Acupuncture

Objective: This topic considered by comparing "activity union" stitch and ordinary acupuncture method in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion curative effects,to verify that the "action" the clinical efficacy of acupuncture in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion.Methods: First,according to the inclusion criteria of this study,72 patients from the department of acupuncture and moxibustion in jilin hospital of traditional Chinese medicine were selected for clinical observation.Secondly,a randomized controlled clinical study was used to divide the patients into a treatment group(" combination of dynamic and dynamic" acupuncture group)and a control group(normal acupuncture group)for 20 days of clinical treatment.Finally,changes in scores of VAS visual pain rating scale and JOA low back pain efficacy rating scale were observed in the two groups before and after treatment,and SPSS24.0 software was used for statistical analysis of the data.Results:1.VAS visual pain rating scale scores of the two groups were lower after treatment than before treatment(P<0.05).The score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).2.The efficacy rating scale of JOA low back pain was higher after treatment in both groups than before treatment(P<0.05).The score of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The results indicated that the improvement of the patients' symptoms and clinical signs in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group.3.According to the statistical and scientific analysis of JOA score,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 97.14% and 78.13%,respectively,compared with that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Based on the statistical analysis of clinical studies,it can be seen that the two groups of treatment have curative effects,but the treatment group is more significantthan the control group in terms of pain relief,dysfunction and improvement in social life.It can be seen from the above results that the effect of "combination of dynamic and static acupuncture" in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation is better than that of conventional acupuncture,which can be preferred.
