Clinical Research On Treating Lumbar Disc Herniation With Lower Limb Cold Syndrome With Radio Frequency Acupuncture

Objective:This subject under the guidance of radio frequency theory,do radio frequency acupuncture to treat lumbar disc herniation with lower limb cold syndrome,in order to prove the therapeutic effect of radio frequency,we compared it with ordinary acupuncture treatment.Try to explore the mechanism of doing radio frequency acupuncture to treat lumbar disc herniation with lower limb cold syndrome,and discuss the needle depth and tip reach.So as to provide new ideas for clinicians,and provide a new treatment plan for the disease.Methods:In this study,72 patients with lower limb cold syndrome were selected into the group,The patients were divided into 2 groups randomly and contrasted.Taking radio frequency acupuncture as experimental group.Taking common acupuncture as control group.The experimental group required 5 days to treat the patients for 1 times,and 15 days for 1 course of treatment.The control group was treated 1 times for 1 days,and 15 days for 1 course of treatment.Before and after treatment,the differences of infrared thermal imaging and visual analogue scale were observed and analyzed statistically.Results:Through data analysis and comparison of two groups,infrared thermal imaging after treatment,there was significant difference between groups(P < 0.05).The VAS score of two groups was compared by data analysis after treatment,there was significant difference between groups(P < 0.05);Radio frequency acupuncture has better clinical efficacy.After treatment,there were 8 cases were cured,25 cases improved,3 cases ineffective in the experimental group,the total effective rate was 91.7%.There were 5 cases were cured,24 cases improved,7 cases ineffective in the control group,the total effective rate was 80.1%.Conclusion: Both radio frequency acupuncture and ordinary acupuncture can improve LDH patients lower limb cold syndrome,and radio frequency acupuncture therapy is superior to ordinary acupuncture therapy.The curative effect of this method was significant,and the treatment times were less than that of common acupuncture,has a certain clinical value,it is worth popularizing and applying.
