Observation On The Therapeutic Effect Of Acupoint Penetration Therapy On Chronic Tension Headache

Objective: Through a randomized controlled trial,to explore the therapeutic effect of acupoint penetration in the treatment of chronic tension headache,and to observe the clinical value and applicability.Method: a total of 70 patients were randomly divided into Control Group(N = 35)and Treatment Group(N = 35).Two groups of patients were given acupoints penetration acupuncture and ordinary acupuncture treatment,the two groups were 2 days 1,1 week 4 times,12 times for a course of treatment,a total course of treatment.Headache scores,VAS scores and headache symptom grades were collected before and after treatment,and these data were analyzed by statistical methods.Results: 1.Comparison of headache score between the two groups: through statistical analysis,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05),suggesting that the improvement of headache score in acupoint penetration acupuncture group was higher than that in ordinary acupuncture group.2.Headache VAS score of the two groups: statistical analysis the difference of improvement degree of headache VAS score between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05),indicating that headache in the general acupuncture group VAS score was lower than that of acupoint penetration group.3.Comparison of sleep disorders between the two groups: the difference before and after treatment of sleep disorders was statistically significant(P < 0.05),indicating that the effect of acupoint penetration group on improving sleep disorders was higher than that of ordinary acupuncture group.4.Comparison of curative effect before and after treatment: the difference of curative effect was statistically significant(P < 0.05),indicating that the therapeutic effect of acupoint penetration acupuncture on chronic tension headache was better than that of ordinary acupuncture group.Conlusion: The treatment of chronic tension type headache with acupoint penetration therapy has a significant effect.It has a certain use value and significance for patients with headache duration,attack times,sleep disorders and headache degree.
