Abstract/Summary:
Purpose:To evaluate the effect of bilateral penetrating acupuncture on the increase of muscle tension after stroke and the recovery of the function of the opponent’s movement by comparing with the conventional acupuncture and the hegu, houxi acupoint bidirectional puncture.Method:According to the subject standard, the choice in September 2016 to July 2017 in our hospital during the period of 3 Encephalopathy Division,60 patients hospitalized with encephalopathy rehabilitation stroke patients with hand muscle tension increases as the research object, the patients grouped by random divided into treatment group 30 cases,30 cases of control group. The control group adopted the treatment regimen: treatment of basic diseases, appropriate rehabilitation training and routine acupuncture.Treatment group on the basis of the treatment in the control group using the hegu, houxi acupoint bidirectional puncture,Both groups were given 1 treatment per day,15 days for 1 course of treatment,2 courses of continuous treatment, and the treatment effect was evaluated quantitatively.Cases are included in the data through evaluation questionnaire statistics, after the completion of the use of statistical software SPSS20.0 for statistical analysis of the data it is concluded that the modified Ashworth level changes and Fugl-Meyer score before and after treatment, the final research conclusion. Results: 1.The modified Ashworth scale between the two groups of patients before treatment was comparable to P< 0.05.After treatment, the modified Ashworth scale was compared between two groups, and P<0.01 was significantly different. In the treatment group, there was a significant difference between P<0.01 and P<0.01.Compared with the control group before and after treatment,P<0.01 was significantly different.2.There was significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment, and P<0.05 was statistically significant. The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.67%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 86.67%.3.The Fugl-meyer score was compared between the two groups before treatment, and P < 0.05,no significant difference was found. In the treatment group,Fugl-meyer score was compared before and after treatment, and P<0.01 was significantly different. In the control group,Fugl-meyer scores were compared before and after treatment, and P<0.01 was significantly different. In the two groups,Fugl-meyer score was compared, and P<0.05 was significantly different.Comparison of difference between the two groups before and after treatment,P<0.05,showed significant difference.· 4.The treatment group was divided into group of more than 60 years old and another groups of no more than 60 years old.The two groups were compared with the Fugl-Meyer score after treatment:and there were significant differences in P=0.012<0.05.The difference of FuglMeyer score between the two groups before and after treatment was compared, and there was a very significant difference in P=0.004<0.01.5.The treatment group was further divided into more than 90 days and no more than 90 days group. After treatment, two groups were compared: Fugl-meyer score was compared,P=0.005<0.01,and there was a significant difference. The difference of Fugl-meyer score difference between the two groups before and after treatment,P=0.000<0.01,was significantly different.6.The treatment group was divided into the cerebral infarction group and the cerebral hemorrhage group, and the modified Ashworth scale was compared between the two groups,P=0.161>0.05,no statistical significance. Conclusion: 1.Routine acupuncture treatment can improve the symptoms of poststroke muscle tension and improve the motor function of the hand.2.The conventional acupuncture and the hegu, houxi acupoint bidirectional puncture,it can improve the effect of increased muscle tension after stroke.3.The recovery of the disease is related to the length of the course and age;Younger patients and patients of short disease duration had better outcomes.4.The difference between cerebral hemorrhage and cerebral infarction had no obvious effect on the recovery of muscle tension.
