Clinical Research On Treatment Of Neck Pain Caused By Cervical Spondylosis With The Knife Needle

ObjectivesBy knife needle than ordinary acupuncture for the treatment of neck pain caused by cervical spondylosis prospective controlled study, to provide a new type of needle to treat the disease.MethodsSelect neck pain patients met the neck type of cervical spondylosis and cervical spondylosis of nerve root type and voluntarily accepted diagnostic criteria for this study70patients with treatment as the research object, according to the ratio of1:1were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Record the score at five observation point:before the first treatment,after the first treatment, after the first course, the second course of treatment, one month after the end of treatment using NPQ, Simple McGill Pain Questionnaire, SF-36quality of Life Scale. Record clinical efficacy and duration of treatment, and to analysis of the collected data collation by Statistical software SPSS19.0.Results1. Before treatment, both groups of gender, age, duration and other general and NPQ, McGill, SF-36scores were no significant differences (P>0.05), comparable.2. After treatment, both groups of NPQ, McGill scores were lower than before treatment, and in contrast to each observation point has statistical significance, one month after the end of treatment there was a significant difference between the treatment group compared to control group (P<0.05) knife needle acupuncture treatment group using acupuncture treatment is better than ordinary in the control group, and the long-term efficacy of the treatment group than the control group; treatment group were significantly different (P<0.01) before and after treatment comparison, in the control group, no significant difference before and after treatment (P>0.05), illustrate the effect of the knife needle better than ordinary acupuncture group.3. SF-36score in both groups before and after treatment was statistically significant (P<0.05) in physiological functions (RP) and bodily pain (BP) terms, indicating that acupuncture needle blade physiological functions (RP) and bodily pain (BP) terms than regular acupuncture significantly improved.4.There were not adverse events during the treatment between the two groups, like needle breakage, faintng during acupuncture treatment and so on.ConclusionThis two kinds of therapies in the treatment of cervical spondylosis neck pain has achieved good clinical effect, alleviated the clinical symptoms of patients, improve the quality of life of patients. Knife needle acupuncture group in the near future and the forward curative effect is superior to the ordinary acupuncture group. and it has greatly saved the time clinical treatment, ensure patient compliance.
