Clinical Observation Of Zishenshuganningxin Decoration Combined With Hormone Replacement Therapy On Anxiety State Of Perimenopausal Syndrome Women With Kidney Deficiency And Liver Depression

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Zishenshuganningxin Decoction and Hormone replacement therapy?HRT?in the treatment of anxiety state of perimenopausal syndrome women with kidney deficiency and liver depression,so as to provide effective support for the further treatment of menopausal syndrome with the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine.Methods:Clinical collection of menopausal syndrome anxiety state women who meet the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria were divided into experimental group and control group by random envelope method.The final collection of cases was 33 cases in the treatment group and 30 cases in the control group.60 cases with complete data were selected for comparison.The control group was given low-dose hormone replacement therapy,and the treatment group was given Zishen Shugan Ningxin Decoction on the basis of the control group.The treatment group was given Zishenshuganningxin Decoction prepared by the control group It's all three months.The changes of the scores of Kupperman scale,TCM syndrome score scale,Zung's SAS scale,Hamilton Anxiety Scale and the concentrations of serum estradiol?E₂?,follicle stimulating hormone?FSH?and luteinizing hormone?LH?were compared before and after treatment.According to the characteristics of menopausal syndrome,prognosis and the ultimate treatment goal is to relieve symptoms and pass through menopause successfully.Therefore,the improved Kupperman score,SAS anxiety scale and TCM syndrome integral scale are used as the main evaluation indexes,and the serum gonadal hormone level is used as the secondary evaluation indexes.Results:1)After treatment,the scores and total scores of the modified Kupperman scale,TCM syndrome score scale and Hamilton Anxiety Scale in the two groups were significantly reduced?P<0.05?;The effect of the former was significantly better than that of the latter?P<0.05?;2)Before and after treatment,the level of E₂ in the two groups was significantly higher than before treatment,and the difference between the treatment group and the control group was significant?P<0.05?;The serum FSH and LH levels in the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment,and the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group?P<0.05?;3)The improvement of anxiety state in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group?P<0.05?.Conclusion:1)Zishenshuganningxin decoction combined with HRT and HRT alone can improve the anxiety state of postmenopausal women with kidney deficiency and liver depression syndrome.The effect of zishenshuganningxin decoction combined with HRT in the treatment of anxiety state of perimenopausal syndrome is better than that of HRT alone;2)zishenshuganningxin decoction combined with HRT and HRT alone can improve the serum E₂ level and reduce the FSH and LH levels,the former is more effective than the latter.
