Objective To investigate the short-term efficacy and security of hormone replacement therapy perimenopausal syndrome.Methods Collect in December 2013- June 2015,a total of 150 people,rule out four with a contraindications of use hormone, visits to cardio-cerebrovascular disease hospital of ningxia medical uniause outpatiet service and voluntarily accept investigation of menopausal women. All included patients of department of gynaecology, gynecological B ultrasonic, breast ultrasound, electrocardiogram, and cervical liquid based cytology, no obvious abnormalities, Respectively premenopausal women and postmenopausal women according to the patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. Premenopausal women, A total of 84 cases, 42 treated patients were given Climen, the control group, 42 cases were given traditional Chinese medicine treatment. Postmenopausal women, A total of 66 cases, the experimental group 33 cases given Angeliq, 33 cases were given traditional Chinese medicine treatment, follow-up and record the condition. Respectively with before treatment, after treatment for 3 months, 6 months application improved Kupperman rating criteria, at the same time monitoring endometrial, breast, liver and kidney function, electrocardiogram changes, recording the observation of curative effect and adverse reaction.Results Two observation group and control group Kupperman score before treatment respectively,without significant difference(P > 0.05), observation group after treatment 3 months, 6 months compared with before treatment with significant difference(P < 0.05), observation group after treatment 3 months, 6 months compared with before treatment with significant difference, the control group after treatment 3 months, 6 months compared with before treatment without significant difference(P > 0.05). Premenopausal two groups of patients have irregular vaginal bleeding and breast pain and discomfort, irregular vaginal bleeding, Climen group in 3 cases(7.1%), control group 1 case(2.3%), gradually disappear with the increase of time, breast distending pain Climen group in 5 cases(11.9%), control group 1 case(2.3%), endometrial thickening than before treatment Climen group 1-2 mm. Line diagnosis technique disease inspection did not see endometrial lesions, control group no obvious change, endometrial thickness from the previous line diagnosis scraping disease inspection did not see endometrial lesions, with the increase of duration, restore law gradually; Breast pain from Climen group in 11 cases(26.2%) and control group in 1 case(2.3%), ultrasound and mammography examination has not been found space-occupying lesions. Patients in group Angeliq after March 2 cases(6.0%) of vaginal bleeding, quantity is not much, ultrasound tip endometrial 5-6 mm, endometrial diagnostic curettage did not see endometrial lesions, with the increase of duration, vaginal bleeding gradually ease, control group no irregular vaginal bleeding after menopause. Breast pain from group B in 5 cases(15.2%), the control group in 0 cases, B ultrasonic examination did not see obvious space-occupying lesions. 1case(2.3%) of Angeliq group have a headache, the head CT did not see abnormalities, symptom is not obvious, do not affect daily life and work, can continue to use supplementary treatment.Conclusion Hormone replacement therapy can significantly alleviate perimenopausal syndrome symptoms, is currently the most effective, the most comprehensive treatment by estrogen reduce perimenopausal symptoms of treatment, the short-term use have not been found serious complications, worthy of clinical promotion.
