Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of hormone replacement therapy around the menopause syndrome efficacy and safety. Methods: According to the literature selection and exclusion criteria, retrieved from January 2005 to January 2015 Pub Med database, Chinese Journal Full-text Database(CNKI), Wanfang Data and Chinese science and technology knowledge platform CJFD(Relative Information) on hormone replacement therapy around menopausal syndrome literature, and using the Jadad scale to rate the literature, according to the literature after treatment group and control group data analysis, drawing forest maps, and get conclusion. Results: The study included 31 studies, 31 Chinese literature, English literature an observation group 1482 people, 1446 people in the control group. The results show: the observation group(hormone replacement therapy) than the control group(oryzanol or symptomatic treatment):(1) endometrial thickness thickening, standardized mean difference 95% CI, 1.69[0.93, 2.44], P<0.0001, the difference was statistically significance;(2)E2 standards improve, standardized mean difference 95% CI, 1.75[1.44, 2.07], P<0.00001, the difference was statistically significance;(3)FSH levels drop, standardized mean difference 95%CI,-1.92[-2.36,-1.48], P<0.00001, the difference was statistically significant; decline(4)LH level, standardized mean difference 95% CI,-1.54[-2.04,-1.04], P<0.00001, the difference was statistically significant;(5) Kupperman score lower standardized mean difference 95%CI,-2.13[-2.65,-1.61], P<0.00001;(6) improve efficiency, RR95%CI,1.32[1.26,1.38], P<0.00001, the difference was statistically significant;(7) no difference in side effects, RR95%CI was 1.58[0.15, 16.52],P=0.70, funnel plot analysis showed substantially symmetrical, indicating the presence of literature included the possibility of bias of small.Conclusion:(1)Hormone replacement therapy of perimenopausal syndrome effective;(2)With simply taking oryzanol treatment, hormone replacement therapy increases the risk of endometrial thickness;(2)Hormone replacement therapy and simple application of oryzanol treatment of side effects, the incidence was not statistically significant.
