Objective:This subject explores and observes the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with tendon node cupping in the treatment of shoulder stagnation of qi stagnation and blood stasis.Methods: 72 patients with Qi stagnation and blood stasis type shoulder palsy who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria from the Chinese Medicine Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from January 2018 to January 2019 were randomly divided into treatments There were 36 cases in each group and control group.The treatment given by the treatment group is acupuncture combined with cupping therapy,and the control group uses simple acupuncture therapy,5 days is 1 course,a total of 2 treatment courses,each treatment interval is 1 day.Before and after treatment,VAS score and Constant-Murley shoulder joint function score were used for evaluation.Results:(1)in VAS score,there was significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P <0.05).(2)In the constant Murley shoulder joint function score,the difference between the two groups before and after treatment was statistically significant(P < 0.05),and the difference between the two groups before and after treatment was statistically significant(P < 0.001).(3)Compared with the overall efficacy,the cure rate of the treatment group was 64.71%,the effective rate was 85.29%,the cure rate of the control group was 41.18%,and the effective rate was 76.47%.Conclusion: acupuncture combined with tendon node cupping therapy can better improve the clinical effect.In terms of relieving shoulder pain and improving shoulder joint activity,compared with simple acupuncture therapy,acupuncture combined with tendon node cupping therapy has better therapeutic effect. |
