Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Pigmentation (Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Type) With Qi Xue He Capsule And Facial Cupping

ObjectivesTo observe the effect of Qi Xue He capsule combined with facial cupping in the treatment of acne residual pigmentation(qi stagnation and blood stasis type)and evaluate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine by studying the traditional method of traditional Chinese medicine,with a view to the treatment of acne left after pigmentation New means to provide a clinical basis for the formation of new treatment regimens.MethodsThe 72 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the treatment group(n = 36)and the control group(n = 36).The treatment group(n = 36)was treated with external application of facial cupping and Qi Xue He capsule,frequency of Treatment: 2 times a week course of 8 weeks;The control group(n = 36)was treated mainly with foundation treatment,no other special treatment.Record the comprehensive score of pigmentation color depth,number,area,emotion and the time of her lesions subsided,and then we can comprehensive evaluation of curative effect.Results(1)The baseline analysis:The experimental group and control group two groups of participants' age,sex,course of diseases,disease severity,facial pigmentation skin comprehensive score compare these indicators,using statistical analysis,two groups had no significant difference(P > 0.05),two groups of baseline qi,comparable.(2)After the end of treatment,the two groups were compared,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 87.88%,the total effective rate of the control group was 75%,the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).(3)Comparison between groups: after treatment for4,8weeks,the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05),after 2 weeks of treatment,There was no difference between the two groups on the effect of the improvement of the symptoms of Pigmentation after acne healing(P>0.05).Comparison in group: the improvement of facial pigmentation was improved(P <0.05)in the two groups at 4 and 8 weeks after treatment,especially in the 8th week(P <0.01).Conclusions:(1)In the use of facial cupping treatment of acne pigmentation after the fade process,no special adverse events,the treatment effect is obvious,simple,practical and strong practicability;(2)In fact,Pigmentation can fade slowly with out any therapy,but after the intervention treatment,treatment group was better than control group in many respects from the point of curative effect,especially in fading time,fading degree,after 8 weeks to observe the effect is obvious;(3)Facial cupping operation process is not yet mature,there are still many problems,so we need to continue clinical observation,seeking and researching,in order to form a more perfect treatment processes and techniques and make the traditional therapy of traditional Chinese medicine better application.
