Clinical Study Of Double Encircling Needling Combined With Bloodletting Puncture And Cupping In The Treatment Of Postherpetic Neuralgia Due To Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis

Objective: To evaluate the clinical study of double-circumferential puncture combined with pricking and cupping in the treatment of post-herpetic neuralgia of qi-stagnation and blood stasis type,to evaluate the effect of double-pigmentation combined with pricking and cupping for post-herpetic neuralgia.Efficacy,and summed up the treatment rules,in order to find a new method for clinical treatment of postherpetic neuralgia with significant curative effect,safe and non-toxic side effects,easy operation and easy clinical application.Methods: This study was conducted in patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis type herpes zoster neuralgia.The patients were treated with a completely randomized controlled trial from March 2017 to June 2018 in the acupuncture department of Hebei Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and met the diagnostic criteria.The 72 patients were divided into two groups by the "random number table method".Among them,36 patients in the control group were treated with gabapentin capsules orally,and 36 patients in the treatment group were treated with double spurs and cupping.The two groups were treated with 10 days as a course of treatment.After 2courses of treatment,the VAS pain scores of the two groups before and after treatment were counted,and the changes were observed.The total effective rate of the two groups was compared.Results:1.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.44% after treatment,and the total effective rate of the control group was 75.00%.Therefore,the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statisticallysignificant(P<0.05).2.The VAS pain scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment.There were significant differences in the VAS pain scores between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.01),and the treatment group was lower than the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.The pain in the treatment group was higher in the lower back and chest and abdomen than in the extremities,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Perhaps because the sample size is too small,further large-scale,multi-center clinical research is needed.Conclusions:1.Double puncturing method combined with pricking and cupping for the treatment of qi stagnation and blood stasis type herpes zoster neuralgia.2.Double puncturing method combined with pricking cupping can effectively reduce the VAS pain score of patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis type postherpetic neuralgia.3.Double puncturing method combined with pricking and cupping for the treatment of qi stagnation and blood stasis type postherpetic neuralgia can effectively alleviate the pain of patients,and it is easy to operate,safe,non-toxic and side effects,and convenient for clinical application.Therefore,it is worthy of further study.
