ObjectiveChoose the controlled clinical study, on the basis of routine nursing care, comparing the effects of moxibustion, cupping and moxibustion combined with cupping on the Qi stagnation and blood stasis type patients’back pain with lumbar disc interal hernia, who take conservative treatment, and explore the safe and effective nursing methodsMethodsThis study used the convenient sampling method to select120patients, who belonged to the Qi stagnation and blood stasis type with LIDH, Hospitalized in Department of orthopedics in a three level of first-class hospital in Harbin from2013February to2014March. According to the hospital order, using random number table to divide the patients who met the inclusion criteria into four groups, every group had30cases, including the control group, the test group A, test group B and the test group C. On the basis of routine nursing care and therapy, the control group was not given other nursing methods, the test group A was given moxibustion, the test group B was given cupping method, the test group C was given the moxibustion combined with cupping. At hospitalization day and the end of the intervention (15days) taking the Japanese Orthopedic Association rating scale and Visual Analogue Scale to evaluate lumbago score. The collection data were inputted SPSS17.0statistical software for analysis. Finally drawing the conclusion.Results:1.Before the test, There was no statistical significance in the scores of the JO A,the VAS and the general data for the four groups of patients (P>0.05);2.After the test, The JOA score of the four groups were all higher than the previous test, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05)3.After the test, The four groups compared with each other on The JOA score, the test group C was statistically significant with other three groups(P<0.05); The four groups compared with each other on the VAS, the test group C was statistically significant with other three groups(P<0.05), the test group A was statistically significant with the control group(P<0.05).4.After the test, compared with the Self-conscious symptom dimension of The JOA score, the test group C was statistically significant with the control groups(P<0.05); compared with the Clinical examination dimension of The JOA score, the test group C was statistically significant with other three groups(P<0.05); compared with the Daily life dimension of The JOA score, the test group C were statistically significant with the control group and the test group A(P<0.05).5. After the test, The four groups compared with each other on the clinical curative effect, the test group C was statistically significant with other three groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Based on the hospital routine care of the patients with the conservative treatment of LIDH, the effects of moxibustion, cupping or moxibustion combined with cupping on the Qi stagnation and blood stasis type patients with LIDH are remarkable.2.Using moxibustion combined with cupping are more significant than single using moxibustion or cupping in nursing effect, can improve the clinical efficacy more.3.The nursing effect of single moxibustion or single cupping on Qi stagnation and blood stasis type with LIDH is same.
