Study On The Effect Of Combined Acupressure Massage With Breast Massage On Promoting Breastfeeding Of Cesarean Section

Objective:To observe the effect of combined acupressure massage with breast massage on the lactation of gem-blood weak maternal and liver hysteresis maternal,to explore its mechanism of promoting lactation,and to provide a scientific basis for postpartum lactation treatment.Methods:For the gem-blood weak maternal,80 cases of which were selected as the experimental subjects,and were randomly divided into two groups of 40 cases each.The control group only performed routine postpartum care work,while the observation group performed acupressure massage with breast massage on the basis of routine nursing.The changes of lactation initiation time,lactation amount and serum prolactin content in the two groups were compared.For the liver hysteresis maternal,80 cases of which were selected as reference subjects,and were randomly divided into two groups of 40 cases each.The control group only performed routine postpartum care work,the observation group performed acupressure massage with breast massage on the basis of routine nursing.The changes of lactation initiation time,lactation,and maternal breast swelling were compared between the two groups.Results:1.After the gem-blood weak maternal acupuncture massage combined with breast massage care,the lactation start time is about 11 hours ahead of schedule,and the amount of lactation is significantly increased.After 4 days,the serum prolactin increases by about 4000 ?lu/ml compared with the untreated mother.2.Liver hysteresis type matemal acupuncture massage with breast massage care,lactation start time about 16h,lactation significantly increased,breast swelling rate was significantly reduced,3d after the care,breast swelling was all cured,the effect is significant.Conclusion:1.For the gem-blood weak maternal,the acupuncture massage combined with breast massage can effectively promote the lactation start time,promote lactation and increase the serum prolactin level.2.For the liver hysteresis type of cesarean section,the acupuncture massage combined with breast massage can effectively promote the lactation start time,increase the maternal milk production,and reduce the maternal breast swelling rate.Thereby enhancing the confidence of maternal breastfeeding and increasing the rate of breastfeeding.3.This method is simple,safe,and reliable,and is worth to be popularized widely.
