Nutrients contained in breast milk best for baby's digestion and absorption,it can improve the baby's immune system, significantly reducing infant diarrhea, respiratory and skin infections for the baby;breastfeeding also helps the mother prevent postpartum hemorrhage;promote physical recovery after childbirth;it also reduce the risk of breast cancer, ovarian cancer risk;also breastfeeding on the family is the most affordable for the family.Currently, due to environmental pollution, mental factors and cesarean section rate of increase, especially urban women in our country, post-Queru are very common, and it gradual upward trend in recent years. According to the reports,the National≤4 month old baby breastfeeding rate was 65.3%,28.7% rate of mixed feeding, artificial feeding was 6.0%;≤6 month infant breast-feeding rate was 49.2%, mixed feeding and artificial feeding rates were 4.0% and 6.8%, it about half of the infants did not receive exclusive breastfeeding or almost exclusive breastfeeding. Breastfed infants'≤6 months old city to a lesser extent in rural areas, breastfeeding rates were 51.9%and 48.5%. How to solve the problem of inadequate secretion of postpartum breast milk will directly related to the growth and development of newborns, postpartum restoration of the body and family harmony, Above the study case has important social significance and practical value, and also we should endeavor to study and solve problems.ObjectiveThe purpose of the study subjects is methods in clinical trials research through scientific, to observe the application of massage with promote the clinical effect of postpartum lactation, and explore post-natal TuiNa in the group principles to provide the basis for clinical.MethodsWe select Huadu District, Guangzhou City People's Hospital of postpartum Queru which met the inclusion criteria of 60 cases of women as our research subjects, we used spss13.0 version of Statistical Package to generating the random number table,the output randomization and random number, alternate stuffing envelopes, according to case opened the envelope included in order to determine grouping. Randomly divided into rehabilitation TuiNa therapy group (manipulation group), and traditional care group (control group) in 30 cases for each group. Treatment group, founded by Professor Luo Lin selected postpartum recovery TuiNa,15 minutes for each treatment, once a day, treatment by a qualified training doctor, continuous given treatment for 3 days;control group selected trotters through TongCao soup, fry the soup till 300ml, and take it twice, day and night a day in 3 days. The two groups were recorded the data from the first day till the 24 hours of the third day after treatment result of neonatal artificial feeding, artificial feeding capacity, the number of neonatal urine, the improvement of maternal lactation, the breast of the filling level in the morning fasting blood determination of prolactin were measured. By apply with the spss13.0 Edition statistical package for statistical analysis, comparison with the result between the two groups by using independent sample test;which before and after treatment, we disorder classified information by Pearson X2test tables by using Fisher exact test; orderly classify the data by using Radit analysis. All statistical tests were used two-sided test, P<0.05 would be considered a significant difference statistically.ResultsThis study shows that TuiNa are in improving lactation position, breast filling level, prolactin, reducing the number of neonatal artificial feeding, increasing the artificial feeding, neonatal weight, and statistically a significant studies number of urine in amount the newborn. After using among those two groups maternal treatment, milk yield between the two groups to improve the level of classification constitutes by a significant difference which compared with (P<0.01), result shown that the treatment group are more efficacy of milk yield than the control group;filling degree of improvement between the two groups, breast classification constitutes has a significant difference compared with (P<0.01), that the treatment group is improve the level of effectiveness of breast filling are better than the control group. Determination of prolactin in both groups was no significant difference (P> 0.05) after the after treatment, but clinical observations shown that, after the treatment, PRL values in day 4 are higher than the day 1, guessing maybe is the treatment way to increase the PRL elevated. Comparison after the treatment of the birth weight was significantly meaning (P<0.05), treatment group, birth weight increased more significantly than the control group, indicating efficacy of the treatment group than the control group. Clinically effective treatment group,29 cases,96% of the total number of cases, effective in 21 cases in control group,70% of the total number of cases, by Ridit analysis, were there significant differences in maternal clinical cure (P<0.01), treatment group better than the control group.ConclusionApplying the massage for sure are effective for the women's postpartum lactation, maternal breast massage can improve filling, increase the amount of maternal lactation and prolactin levels and reduce the number of artificial feeding newborns, increasing the amount of artificial feeding newborns, birth weight, neonatal urine frequency, Clinical massage group than the control group. This method is simple, no side effects on the body, accessible, easy to spread.
