Treatment group curative effect more pronounced. 5 Compare breast pain level:after treatment,P<0.05,There are statistically significant, Treatment group curative effect more pronounced. 6 Compare 42 day Milk secretion:P<0.05,There are statistically significant, Treatment group curative effect more pronounced. 7 Compare Prolactin content:P<0.05,There are statistical significance. Prolactin levels after treatment in both groups had significant difference. Treatment group curative effect more pronounced 8 Compare Estrogen content:P<0.05,There are statistical significance.Estrogen levels after treatment in both groups had significant difference. Treatment group curative effect more pronounced 9 Compare Progesterone content:P<0.05,There are statistical significance. Progesterone levels after treatment in both groups had significant difference shows that the treatment group curative effect is more significant. 10 adverse events/adverse reactions:P>0.05,There was no significant difference in two groups. Methods of intervention was safe.Conclusions1 Treatment group Milk supply increased significantly, early lactation ahead of time clearly, breast pain reduced significantly, breast filling degree improved, compared with the control group, there are statistically significant(P<0.01).2 Within 2 hours of delivery,Semi- acupuncture plus Massage can promote early lactation, more lactation and reduce pain of primipara.Delivering 42 days review breastfeeding, the treatment group exclusive breastfeeding rate was 74.2%; the control group exclusive breastfeeding rate was 38.7%.Within 2 hours of delivery,Semi- acupuncture plus Massage can significantly increase the breastfeeding rate.3 The linical effect observation of the treatment, all primiparas without exception and no adverse reaction, neonatal physical condition does not appear abnormal.
