Objective: this study by observing the clinical curative effect of massage in the early intervention for natural labor maternal postpartum lactation amount of influence and function mechanism.Method: 80 cases with clinical study will be incorporated into qualified eutocia puerpera were divided into experimental group(40 cases) and control group(40 cases), the experimental group maternal postpartum and on the basis of conventional nursing for 3 consecutive days to give the massage intervention, the control group only give regular maternal care. Compare two groups of maternal lactation.Results: the maternal postpartum lactation patency rate is 1 month was statistically significant(P < 0.05), suggesting early massage interention group improve postpartum lactation quantity is better than the control group.Conclusion: the early postpartum massage intervention can effectively improve natural labor maternal postpartum lactation quantity, to ensure adequate in breastfeeding.
